My Mother was treated for a stroke after being life flighted from Corvallis. Thanks to the hospitals quick action they operated very quickly to remove a blood clot and she made remarkable recovery. All the Dr's, Nurses and support staff were absolutely top notch.
They really took great care of her. Especially during a strike. All the people who came from out of state were a credit to their profession.
The Doctors kept us informed and were compassionate and attentive to her needs.
The Food was awesome! So fresh and still hot when delivered. Plenty of great choices for every meal of the day.
Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you all.

This incident is something we witnessed while our daughter was being seen in the ER. There was a woman in the hall next to reception in a wheelchair who was yelling. We first heard staff tell her they would not help her if she did not get out of the wheelchair. She did not get up, so they did not help her. She sat in that chair, alternately passed out or screaming from pain in her feet, for the whole two hours we were there. We managed to get a look at her feet, and they were completely black. The only time we heard staff even talk about her was when we overheard security making fun of her.

I just can’t go to a hospital that can be so callous to someone obviously in need of assistance.

My MIL was transported to this ER after we were hit by a lady running a red light in Hillsboro yesterday. It was clean, rooms very private, well run. The staff were wonderful and prompt. Probably one of the best ERs I have been to.

This is so sad. I grew up going to this hospital, as did my entire family. What happened?.
I did have a friend with bad respiratory problems and thank God Lauren M from the RT department was there to help her.
L. M is very compassionate, knowledgeable and full of heart.
We could all learn from and her love for humanity. This hospital has the ability to be great.....again one day. But not at the rate it's going.

Everything is broken. Scheduling, appointments, referrals, unnecessary appointments after referrals are made, wait times. We have been here for several individual appointments with different departments from primary care, to imaging to cardiology to lab work and all is the same - broken. The service is horrible - if you don’t followup for everything do not expect anything to be completed or executed. Wait times for scheduling via phone are off the charts and if you get disconnected you don’t get the courtesy of a callback, and if you are rescheduling 3 weeks in advance they will ask for a reason. ***In ADDITION, I just received a bill for $636 for a zoom call - unethical billing. Premium pricing without services to match.

I’ve been going to this hospital for almost 20 years and it used to be top notch (5 stars) with the most compassionate attentive nurses working there, what happened? (I don’t think there is any room for bitterness and discrimination in healthcare industry). Seems like If you have an actual emergency now it feels like you are gambling with your life now by going there tbh. The front desk ignores you, the nurses treat you like you’re inconveniencing them and order you you back and forth while in pain and struggle to move (as they sing and crack jokes while you’re overstimulated from being in pain and all the noise) and then your assigned nurse forgets you in your room for 3 hours until you call for a nurse and someone else comes to check on you asking where your nurse is and who it is, and finally begin tests. Does the hospital need a dog to help get good morale back in that place? It feels like a death trap and I’m sure there are some really amazing hardworking nurses and doctors that actually care and want to help. Work should be fun but i thought patients were a priority, my bad, I shouldn’t have assumed. This hospital went from being like the Hilton to a Motel 6 now. I wonder if that’s why they didn’t follow up.
