All of the people saying this is a puppy mill, there are bad conditions, etc. have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.

We added Carlos to our family a little under a year ago, and I remembered the first time we came into look for a new pup. All of the puppies were playful, energetic, and the spaces were all clean.

When we decided on Carlos, Joy took a lot of time to cover care, feeding, and some of the things we might encounter in the first 3-6 months.

The care she puts into their care is obvious, and we are coming here if we get another. As for the most important part of this story, here are before and after pics of the most perfect pup we could have hoped for.

Our poochon is smart, cute and healthy. We purchased her and a Teddy Bear while on vacation and they are both amazing. Our local Vet had zero concerns about her health. Smart as a whip too!

We went in not knowing what we wanted. We had researched a little on some dogs but, Harvey chose us. We were not looking to buy right away but, this guy wasn't letting us leave without him and he is one of the best decisions we have made. Harvey is an Aussie Doodle weighing in at 43lbs. He is very healthy, happy and spoiled. We had a very good experience with the Puppy Stop store.

Bought one dog here, visit occasionally, now not coming back. This place has gone down hill dramatically in the last year. It was a presentable store when we bought our Shih Tzu in 2014 (free of health issues so far but his father and grandfather are on in the same so that's shady breeding). We visited most recently in October of 2018 and are appalled by the appearance of the shop. It looks like a mill that now borders on animal cruelty. The puppies are all crying and many climbing over each other to move. Others tell me dogs here frequently display kennel cough. The floors are filthy - covered in urine and feces. They use paper pads that are each several feet square but are far too infrequently changed. One was literally completely soaked in urine. The place wreaks. There's been no attention paid to upkeep and it shows. Again, we bought here once but I feel we got lucky. We're staying well clear from now on.

Bought my puppy from them about 4 years ago and they were beyond nice. My puppy ended up having a genetic knee problem from being bred so small but he is the light of my world! He has the best personality and is cute as can be! The shop offered to replace him with another dog or pay for half of the knee surgery but my puppy ended up not needing it. They were great about the whole situation. I would recommend!

If I could add 10 stars, I would. Hillary is the most thoughtful and genuine person I have ever met. I lost my sweet Mozzi a year ago, and Hillary knew how hard it was for me and my family. I would come in every time I was in town and she would let me just hold the puppies and sit with them. She knew I would be back whenever she had schnauzers again, but let me come in whenever I wanted. Eventually, she had a chocolate schnauzer with blue eyes that I immediately fell in love with. I was able to find my sweet Gravy at Puppy Stop. She cares so deeply for each and every one of her puppies. They are treated & loved so much and are so well behaved even at 6 weeks. I love coming into this establishment because I am always greeted with kindness when I walk in. I recommend Puppy Stop to ANYONE looking to find their new baby.

We love puppy stop. We stopped in last year and got our Shitzu Gizmo. She is so well behaved and smart. We are so glad we stopped in that day. We still stop by and visit the puppies, and love the staff.
