I think in saying I've been taking my animals to this doctor for eleven years says it all. I highly recommend him.

I brought my rescue kitten in for an examination after he was near death due to anemic shock from his problem with fleas. It is very common and hard to catch. We had been treating him regularly for fleas as he was rescued from under a woman’s porch and nothing had been working. We brought him here and he treated my family with absolute disrespect and blamed me for his condition, which is titled SUDDEN severe crisis. He never did any further exam to see if something else could be wrong with my baby, just sent me home with dextrose to give him every 30 minutes. I did just that, and he was moving around really well until this morning, where I found my cats litter box full of worms, and my suffering cat once again. He passed away this morning because he never finished the examination on my cat. because “it’s basically too late anyway.” All he needed was dewormer. But you couldn't bother yourself to do that. I called him this morning and confronted him about it, and the only thing he had to say to me was that I shouldn’t have waited so long. It was my fault that he didn’t fully examine my cat, and we lost him to worms.
He showed no remorse, just reiterating that this was my fault somehow. He doesn’t care about you or your pets. Just the money.

Doc is great and really cares about the animals he's treating. Takes the time to explain options and doesn't push the expensive stuff like some other vets I've dealt with. Every thing is clean and fresh smelling.

Well I'm giving 5 stars. This vet is graciously allowing us to use his office to safely move a dog from one crate to another while in transit to rescue. He was very friendly and accommodating. This is an abused dog in transit from the dog pound in Carmi, IL to Huntley, IL to a foster home where she will be rehabilitated. THANK YOU

If I could write review with zero stars that's what I'd give this so called professional. I have used him for many years, but I was on my last straw. He was rude, inconsiderate and couldn't keep his stories straight. He called me a lair. I walked out if his business. When ask to fax my records to another vet he demanded payment for the "office visit", charged me for fecal exam, he never did. Told me I was fired from his business and my animals could be dying and not to walk through the door again. Never have I been treated with such rudeness by any type of professional, let alone a caregiver

The vet at this office... made me cry the whole time I was in there. I have a 5 year old cat that had blood in his urine, so I took him for his first time nothing in his bladder to check. Sent me home with a do it yourself syringe. So, I finally got it, took the urine sample in to that rude, cold hearted..man and he said to me, let me see if I can find something horribly wrong with your cat!!?
Come to find out, he told me my cat might be going into renal failure.
Took him somewhere else and he has an inflammation of his bladder making him have blood in his urine!!
Wouldn't want my worst enemy take an animal here!!!
