Rivers Edge has been my go to E-vet for years. They have always treated myself and my miniature dachshunds with compassion, respect and professionalism.
My dogs mean the world to me. Most are AKC champions or I'm in the process of showing them to their championships. It is so important to have a trusted team there for you when they are needed most. Thank you so much!

First-time customer for an urgent health visit. The staff was friendly, efficient, and caring. Dr. Gibson listened, explained everything thoroughly, communicated the procedure and what to expect in clear terms, and was great with my dog!
Happy to report that several days post-procedure, my dog is doing great. The staff followed up to check on her, but I was sent home with clear instructions for care, so I had no issues.
Thanks to the way they handled this stressful situation, I look forward to using River's Edge, and Dr. Gibson as my regular vet!

Very kind, and soft spoken with pets. Handle pets as if they personally knew them and wanted to help and provide them with the best care. Listened to my 9 year old and answered all of his questions. Gave helpful feedback and instructions for care for our animals. Asked if I needed help carrying out my animals to the front desk to check out. I was overall very impressed with their patient manner and animal care. We will definitely be going back to River's Edge!

Went to an emergency vet in Oregon city where I live and was told my dog was going to need surgery for a few things, estimated 9k. Friend recommended this vet and we called. Unlike any vets near me or in closer proximity they were willing to see her next day and do surgery and for 5k cheaper than any other place could quote. Thank you for saving my dog, very happy with my experience here will be recommending!

These guys were great. Our lab decided to remove her own stitches from a minor surgery last week. This was at 6 pm on a sat and our normal vet was closed. We had a horrible experience, and quote from emergency vet hospital in springfield. After a phone call we were given a rough price/time estimate at rivers edge. We drove her up, had amazing service and were given a fair price. Would definitely go back and recommend others to as well.

I cannot say enough good things about the vets and staff at Rivers Edge. This is the 2nd one of my animals I have taken to them and they have given us the best care. It's quite a drive for us but it is so worth it. We have our regular vet we have had for so many years and I have to say Rivers Edge is at the #1 on our list. They were so patient and caring with our high anxiety Sheppard and I will not trust him with anyone else but them. Thank you for all you do and having such nice and caring staff and going above and beyond your job.

Brought our puppy in on a Saturday with what ended up being an allergic reaction. The staff was amazing and performed a variety of testing and x-rays to find the root cause. Ultimately, they were able to properly address the issue and provide our puppy with much needed relief.
