Dr. Royer is wonderful! We drive an hour each way to take our big baby here because she is a lot happier than at her original vet. They are very responsive at answering emails or any questions we have had. The staff is wonderful all around. Very thankful.

the new check in system is very nice, and Dr. Royer and Dr. Rice are amazing with my pets. all of the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming along with the techs! i drive an hour each way to go to Royers and it’s always worth it!

Today was a rough appointment at the vet. And today is why I absolutely love Royer and his staff. Sydney was part of the family for 15 years, and unfortunately, it was her time. The ability of the staff to make this horrible situation even a little easier is amazing. And after, when it was time to pay, they brought the card machine to the room so you don't have to walk in front of everyone and you can leave through the back door is so great ... I know it's not the reason, but being able to keep your dignity after you have just lost a friend is very nice.

If you’re looking for a vet who not only provides excellent care but also treats your pets like family, I can not recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for Sidney and me today.

As a returning customer, I have nothing but great and appreciative things to say about Royer Vet clinic. I’ve brought both of my dogs and my cat here for care and they’ve always provided that along with compassion and friendly service. Front desk receptionists are always friendly and helpful. While the walk-in services can get quite busy and backed up, I still appreciate the fact that it IS a walk-in option and that we are able to check in prior to arriving via the website; very helpful since I drive from Bloomington. **Must also mention the VERY affordable pricing. If I were to go to a vet anywhere else, it’d cost twice as much if not more for the same care, but with potentially less compassion. My Pomeranian, Sonny, just got neutered last week and I can tell that they took such good care of him when I got him back. He’s healing nicely and there’s been no post-op issues. Dr. Royer was amazing. We recently moved to the area. The veterinarian where we lived before recommended almost $1200 worth of dental work. Dr. Royer felt it was unnecessary and simply prescribed an anabiotic. He relieved my fears in one visit.

Amazing staff and great, reasonable prices! I have 8 pets and they always treat them as if they were their own pets! Whenever you go; make sure you check-in first thing in the morning because their time slots do fill up fast! They’re worth the wait though! I highly recommend!

I am very thankful for this vet clinic. My dog had a stroke and no other Vet would see him without an appointment and those appointments were two weeks away. I walked into Royer’s thinking I was gonna have to put my dog down but instead they gave me hope and a plan. One week later, my dog is 90% his old self again. If it hadn’t been for this clinic, I don’t know what we would have done.
