We visited this groomer for the first time yesterday with our dog Ringo. The staff here was super friendly and welcoming. They did an awesome job on the grooming of our dog. Would recommend this place to anyone! Would give 100 stars if I could. We will be visiting again.

My Mom took her puppy here for first haircut. We were afraid of how Pearl would behave ( doesn't enjoy hair brushing 😆), Pearl behaved wonderfully, Looked GREAT ♥️ Everyone Super Nice. Definitely will be back

They do a great job every time. I feel like they’re attentive to what I’m looking for and are kind to my dog. I don’t go often, because the pup really doesn’t need it, but they always treat me and my animal like part of the family.

Bri, her husband and staff are great! We have a Yorkie and a Shorkie and both have been going here since they were babies. Both of our dogs are not always the easiest to groom, but Bri is always patient and gives great advice on training them. Pickle even gets excited when she hears Bri’s name. She loves going. Oliver is more timid but they are always patient. We are moving away and I know our babies will miss them, as will I. 10 out of 10! Highly Recommend!

They did an excellent job on my large German Shepherd! It is hard to find a groomer that can clean her up well. The staff was very sweet. Highly recommend!

Wow! These people are incredible! I originally called to try to get my dog shaved because he has very thick hair and he gets hot. I have never had him groomed before and she said based on his breed mix that she would not recommend shaving him because it would grow back irregular or he could get sunburn. Very honest folks here because they could have just charged me the money and shaved him. She recommended a treatment called a furminator. I would also like to mention I had previously called petsmart to try to get him shaved and they refused to see him without a rabies shot, my dog barely leaves the house so I don't like having to give him shots if I don't have to. Rustic Retreat does not require shots for grooming. Today was our first time in and everyone greeted us like we were family. They let me stay with my dog the whole time to make sure he was comfortable. Bri was so amazing and gentle with my dog really catering to him and helping him stand during the process because he has arthritis. In fact she was so gentle my dog was giving her kisses while she was blow drying him. The whole crew was just so sweet and caring. They also adopted a dog that someone just dropped off and didn't want anymore. Super caring people, would give 10 stars if I could. Me and my dog will be back.
