I really don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but in this case I feel that it is necessary. We took our dog here to be spayed. Upon arriving home, she was still strongly under the influence of the anesthesia. When she finally got up a few hours later, she started bleeding extensively from her incision site. They did not answer their emergency line, so we took her to an emergency vet in Sedalia. They had to reopen her incision and found that her internal stitches were not done tight enough and she was bleeding through them. If the stitches wouldn’t have been redone, she would have bled to death in the night. I will say that the vet apologized and refunded the original cost of the spay he did, which I appreciate. However, we now have a $2,000 emergency vet bill, when this was supposed to be a routine surgery. I understand that mistakes happen. However, this mistake almost cost us her life.

Extremely unprofessional. I called to tell what happened to my cat ( possible infliction with another animal) they said to bring my cat in asap in the am. I did. they said my kitty would be seen at 1:30pm. I called at 3 pm. I was told he was being finished up seeing by the vet and it was being put into computer. at 5 i get a call saying he was never seen, and nothing is in the computer and he would have to stay over night with an overnight fee. It’s a 30 minute drive for us, we barley got my cat back and put my cat through unnecessary stress all while never getting help, Will not be coming back.

I can't thank Dr. Turner enough for how she has helped my pets! My cat just had a successful surgery last week and now we are working on addressing an ongoing health issue with my dog. Dr. Turner is thorough, has excellent bedside manner, and clearly cares for her patients. The support staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. The prices at this vet clinic are very reasonable and the staff does an excellent job preparing you for what each procedure will cost.

Amazing Vet and Vet Techs. I bring both my dogs and our "homeless" cat here. They treat the animals like they are their own. Only vet I would use in town!!!
