I can't say enough good things about Satilla! I brought in my sick kitten, feeling incredibly worried, but from the moment we walked in, I knew he was in the best hands. The staff was not only kind and compassionate but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain his condition, the treatments he needed, and what to expect during his recovery.

Throughout the entire process, they kept me well informed of his progress, answering all my questions with patience and care. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my kitten's well-being. On top of that, their pricing was very fair, which made it even easier to trust that they were focused on what was best for my pet rather than just profit.

Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my little guy is now on the mend, and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a vet who will treat your pet like family, I highly recommend Satilla!

I love this veterinary clinic. Not being from here i was having a hard time finding a vet office taking new 'patients,' and had a (huge) 5wk pup needing his first shots, etc. They got him right in, we're super polite, very professional, and made us feel welcome. Since then I continue to take our heard there and fully trust Dr. Hank's advice on the best treatment for our animals. I absolutely recommend them for your pet care needs - vetting, doggy day care, whatever it may be. They're outstanding.

My brother brought his beloved cat, Star, to Satilla Animal Hospital, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The incompetence and negligence displayed by the staff resulted in the tragic death of his pet.

Firstly, upon examination, they claimed that Star had ingested rat poison, despite the fact that we do not have any such poison in our household. As if that wasn’t shocking enough, they proceeded to feed her expired medication, which only worsened her condition.

Despite our desperate pleas for proper care, the staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. It was clear that they were more concerned with making a profit than with the well-being of the animals entrusted to their care.

Tragically, Star passed away shortly after her visit to Satilla Animal Hospital, leaving our family devastated and heartbroken. We will never forgive or forget the negligence that led to her untimely death.

In conclusion, I urge anyone considering Satilla Animal Hospital for their pet’s care to think twice. This establishment is a danger to animals and should be avoided at all costs.

We took our oldest Chihuahua with a breathing problem. The vet knew exactly what was wrong and gave us a medicine that would help her heart. We are so thankful she is doing great now.
Update: Kandi had a check up recently. Kandi was doing great she hadn’t gotten any worse and she wasn’t coughing very little. She just celebrated a birthday and is doing great. Again we contribute her health improvement to first God our Father and to the loving care she received from Dr Lee Barton.

To start with the ladies at the front desk are so nice and helpful. My puppy was sick yesterday afternoon, Courtney did not waste any time getting him in to see Dr. Wheeler. She demonstrated her care and concern for my little guy. But, all the ladies are great. Dr. Wheeler was professional and friendly. He got Bear comfortable fast and gave him medicine to keep him comfortable the night. And, gave instructions if no improvements by morning to bring him back. I greatly appreciate everyone in this office for helping keep my puppy healthy.
