I'm from Dallas TX originally I'm in end stage renal failure stage four so my toy schnauzer has not been groomed on two years and pet smart abused her .. I told the girl at front about this and wanted schnauzer cut ..bit a rounder beard like puppy cut not the long schnauzer beard that looks like a boy .. and showed her two schnauzer pics of exactly what I wanted .. she said no problem .. came to pick her up .ecery groomer I've been too for 40 years always brings doggie out to see before you pay especially first time ! Nope she didn't bring her out just left her in crate barking .. and said well not my best cut referring to my little schnauzer !!! I said what does that mean? Who says that to a customer especially again first time ? She said well she nipped and nipped ..soonviously the girl didn't relay info to this girl .. didn't show her pic and didn't explain anythkmg I said tp her .. so brought her out and I cried ! This is the most horrible cut ive ever seen on an y dog ..my dog was so stressed out .. she had no beard was whacked completely off and the cut was unecen all over her body and looks like a mohawk on top of kittle head ! This girl then said well you are not welcome back since I couldn't please you ! What owner does thos ? After I paid .. never have I seen anyone with sick in prdessionalism and all dogs were stressed out there but to tell a customer this ? Any normal groomer if she wasn't sure what the owner of dog requested would call them ! I had no idea that other woman wasn't the one grooming since she asked me what I wanted and about the abuse ! No pic was shown tp this other girl .. and any normal groomer knowing a schnauzer cut to a rounder beard just shapes basically so simple but tp literally cut off sides and beard all .. all together and would say well that doesn't look cute at all I would t think the owner would want that would at least ask the other groomer who spoke to me and did not ..or call me ! Common sense .. she told me never to come back and made excuses and ticereatened authority on me for being upset because the wan didn't tell her she was abused or hasn't been cut on two years and reiterate schnauzer cut just rounder puppy cut to make cute not manly ! Also called the teddy bear cut never has my dog been so stressed out or such a horrible cut like a third grader got hold of my little girl and tp speak to a customer like no big deal after I went over specifics and Brought a pic and took time with other groomer is so unprofessional beyond words ! No apology rnothing but act like it's my fault ? Word of mouth is key for a new business and ive already told ten people with dogs on way home that we're going to switch because I did .. told them don't even think about changing to that monster

Really great place. I brought in a stray dog that I only had a few weeks and not trained at all. He came out really clean and his nails were trimmed with no issues. They got me in right away and were super reasonably priced.
