Excellent work! Louis and Ben were prompt, kind and professional every step of the way. Office called with an expected arrival time and they were here when they said they would be. They estimated to be a few hours and exceeded that by finishing sooner. Everything was covered up appropriately and cleaned. All areas of concern are nice, clean and fresh and ready for repair! Thanks guys!!

I recently had a frustrating experience with this company (SERVPRO of South Brevard) regarding water removal services at my property. I was charged over $16,000, and I was led to believe that my insurance would cover most of the costs. Unfortunately I only found out after the job was completed that my insurance would only cover 3K. As an out-of stat homeowner, I had to try to rely on their expertise to handle this urgent situation, but now I'm facing a lien on my house due to the outstanding balance. I feel misled and taken advantage of throughout this process. Overall, I'm very disappointed with experiences and would caution others to clarify financial responsibilities before proceeding with their services.

The Serv Pro representative was very knowledgeable, polite, and did a great job of organizing the work that needed to be done. They worked together and went out of their way to make sure that everything was done properly, and I was very satisfied with their work and knowledge. They explained the process and kept me informed of what was going on at all times. Their work was very professional And I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done, effectively and efficiently. I give them a five star rating!

The process with the Servpro folks has gone extremely smoothly. They have been excellent on site, always knowledgeable about what had to be completed and done so with an outstand attitude. William Walsh Project Manager has been extremely helpful through the entire project and maintained the high standards you would have expected from a company like Servpro. They hired an outstanding subcontractor to put my home back in order Service Max International they were on their game and their employees were professional, cleaned up each time they were on site and there work as excellent. The replacement flooring looks amazing, true craftsmen. The folks that did the Pack and Storage of our household items did so professionally and everything was returned the same way it was packed in great shape. The Administrative staff at Servpro was also excellent with follow up and follow through. Angela and Susan did a great job of making sure the paperwork was processed and was very pleasant to work with over the entire project. The entire team at Servpro took a bad situation and turned it into an excellent response as they were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Servpro to my friends as a excellent source to meet their moto "Fix it like it never even happened" I highly recommend these folks.

My Florida condominium suffered a flood as a result of my adjacent neighbor's water heater leaking. I was in Michigan at the time and water flooded in for 7 hrs, before it was noticed running out onto the sidewalk by a neighbor. I immediately called Servpro and they were there within 30 minutes to begin the drying process. Their communication along with photos and updates were reassuring to me during this extremely stressful time, especially since I was a 18 hours away. Servpro earned my trust from the very beginning which is why I chose to contract the remaining restoration process with them. Their team (too many to name) and subcontractors beautifully restored my condo and also worked well with my insurance adjuster. I would highly recommend Servpro of Brevard County.

Louis Buso and George Jackson of Servpro came to remove the drywall from an HVAC closet that had suspected mold on one side. They did a very professional and timely job, showed me everything along the way and cleaned up everything before they left. Awesome job guys! I would definitely recommend!

The estimator, Bill, was 30 minutes late to the appointment and then was extremely rude upon arrival, scolding me for not having hired them in the past. Their previous quote was $40,000, compared to other companies who quoted me $20,000. I decided to give them another chance and get a quote for a different issue, but he told me since we did not hire them before that he would charge me $285 for an estimate.

We had a slab leak which turned into a multitude of issues. SERVPRO arrived quickly and assured us that they would get our home back to pre loss condition. And boy did they! They handled everything from the cleanup to the restoration process and anything in between. The teams were professional and sympathetic to our needs. The damaged materials were quickly removed and their plumbing contractor was onsite that day to repair the leak. Once the cleanup was finished the reconstruction team moved fast to not only get the room back to pre loss condition but 100 times better! The flooring and trim work was top quality! So pleased we made the phone call to them!
