Hey! Just wanted to share that about a month ago, our neighbor had a flood and recommended SERVPRO of Sunrise, specifically Team Locandro. I was really impressed by the inspection they did for us because we had a moisture problem on one wall that was changing color. I called them right away, and Carolina came with Randy. They explained everything so clearly, even took a moisture reading with a device. I had no idea that could happen! We’re now looking into remediation with them, but first, we need to do the mold test protocol, which they can’t do out of ethics. Seriously, if you don’t know, these things can happen. Thanks, guys! 100% recommend

Good afternoon! Yesterday we had a water emergency; it was coming through the window and reaching the living room downstairs. I never thought they would arrive to help us so quickly. My wife was really worried about the damage, but as soon as the Locandro team from SERVPRO got here, they acted fast and prevented it from getting worse. Thank you for the help; it was truly the best experience. 100% recommended!

I highly recommend. The pipe to my water heater burst at 8pm. The manager was at my property in 30 mins and his team was there an hour later. This group is very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They are very diligent in getting the job done properly. I'm glad I called them.

I had the best experience with ServPro of Sunrise. My in-laws apartment was flooded by a water pipe rupture in a neighbor's apartment. Ana and Gustavo were great! They had a crew at the apartment within an hour. They had the right equipment and know-how to get the job done right. My in-laws are very happy with the service and that's peace of mind for me. Thank you for helping our family get through this quickly.
