Cant give even give one star. I can say they contracted to clean for 4 hours but were only there 2 hours for a total of $728.00. That amounts to $364.00 Per each one of the two girls. Their job could have been done by any 12 year old that could have done a much better job. I feel like i was scammed and would never recommend Servpro for any clean up job. Nancy Cox

Terrible experience would rate 0/5 if I could. Claudy from Servpro is the worst inspector and charged us $1600 to not find the root cause of the mold issue and only bring air purifiers in which doesn’t do anything when they didn’t find the water leak and the very noticeable water damage that I had to find on my own. If you have mold never call them all they try to do is overcharge and not even remove and actually remediate the mold. Claudy and his boss are scammers and ignored me when I called them about the bad work they did

I can’t speak highly enough about Claudy from ServPro! He truly went above and beyond during his visit today performing a visual inspection of the mold in my apartment. Claudy's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer care is exceptional. I had been ripped off by another company and I don't believe they even did any testing, but knew there was mold due to a medical diagnosis. That's when I called ServPro. Claudy took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, offering thoughtful recommendations and explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or confused, and his patience and clear communication gave me peace of mind during this stressful experience. Claudy’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile reflect his genuine care for his customers and passion for his work. If you need someone who will treat your concerns with the utmost professionalism and care, Claudy is the person to ask for! Thank you, Claudy, for helping me in this time of need.

Amazing staff from the office to ownership. Melina and Celine were such a pleasure to work with. Alex and Danny were field techs that were responsive and informative. Tyler and Melissa along with Jason’s oversight educated me with estimate and what it looks like to insurance company for their portion of responsibility. Great experience. I recommend this group to anyone. Thank you Servpro of West Palm Beach.

Jason at Servpro was excellent and I couldn’t recommend him more. He answered our call and was on top of the situation quickly. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and gave us excellent tips for our home. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends should they need his services.

I would like to say a couple things about Servpro of West Palm Beach, the techs are very professional they cover the floors when they walked in cover the walls before they started the job and went step-by-step with me on how they were going to perform the job at my house, I am very picky of who comes into my house, especially when I don’t know themthey had a system that alerted me when they were on their way very professional staff. I talked on the phone to the staff that came to my home. I will highly recommend them.

I cannot thank Servpro enough for their exceptional service and expertise during a recent mold issue. Finding mold was not an ideal way to go into the weekend, but the Servpro team handled everything with such professionalism and care!

Servpro of West Palm Beach did an outstanding job with my mold remediation that was needed for my office space. From the moment I called in, the admins and technicians were on top of everything! It was a very smooth process from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happy with the services I received! Amazing company and would highly recommend them for any commercial or residential loss.
