Gracias, Santiago y Carolina, por venir a explicarme todo sobre el problema en mi casa. No tenía idea y pagué mucho por lo que me hicieron. We had a water pipe leak that led to water in our garage, laundry room, kitchen, and family room. Amid and his team came in to clean
up all the water and take away the cabinets that were damaged with mold. They were very professional and worked in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Servpro and especially all those that we dealt with.

Every step of the service has been excellent. From the first visit by Russ, the president to the arrival of the craftsman to the completion of the removal of the necessary material has been done professionally and promptly. Miguel and Max were very professional and friendly. They told us when arriving and answered any questions with a smile! They taped up the area with plastic to contain the mold and tested the air to make sure free of mold!! Great job on clearing up the mold!!

I have had a house in Florida 45 years and never needed emergency Services until Monday ! When a simple dishwasher leak flooded three rooms in my house, living room, kitchen and beautiful custom hardwood floors, they arrived within ONE hour protect my property. They jumped into action and worked so diligently until 7 o’clock at night, they never even took a break!
I was rather shocked, how friendly and compassionate both Ahmed and Jose were at my slight hysterics of being thrust into this incredibly stressful situation on a holiday no less. This team made me feel very ease, and gave me courage to get through this daunting process. Also, having strangers in your home can be alarming, but even my very scared dog was good with these guys. Although Ahmed and Jose were my primary technicians, Miguel and Randy were all so incredibly helpful to me during this very difficult time.
