Would give 10 stars if I could! Brandon and his crew were Incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. They took great pride in paying attention to detail and keeping me informed and updated on the progress. Mold remediation can be very overwhelming but Brandon from Woodland Hills Servpro made us feel calm and taken care of. Highly recommend!! Big thank you to the Brandon and his lovely crew !

Nice people and got mitigation done fast. BUT. I called and emailed 4 times for them to come out and start repairs and they ignored the work and never returned my call. Now I have to ask another contractor to come and work with my insurance and spending over an hour doing it with them.

Servpro Woodland Hills came to our rescue when a pipe in our home burst and flooded 4 rooms. I called on a Saturday night and Raul had a plumber at our house within the hour and sent a crew the next morning to begin the clean-up. Matthew, who supervised the crew, could not have been more helpful and professional. Not only did he manage the cleanup and demolition, he also worked with our insurance adjuster to explain all the damage. Johnny was terrific as well, overseeing all the packing and storage, and making sure our belongings were protected. Plus, they left our house spotless and ready for reconstruction. I can’t sing their praises loud enough!

From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, and true to their word. The team did a thorough job addressing both the mold and water damage, sticking closely to the plan laid out during the estimate process. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was kept in the loop at every stage of the project, from the initial assessment to the final clean-up. Speaking of which, their attention to detail in the clean-up was impressive—everything was left spotless. Nima and Matt handled the project with a lot of care. SERVPRO was great, from the remediation & content manipulation, in the beginning, to moving everything back in place, over one year later. Terrible water loss issue at my home, SERVPRO was major factor in the repair process. Would definitely use again, if needed. Very professional.
