We brought three big dogs to be boarded for six days at the facility. We were a bit nervous as they’ve never been away from home before much less for that long. The staff was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and you could tell just animal lovers.

Booking the service and the entire transaction Phase was extremely easy, affordable and accommodating. They were so kind and professional every afternoon when we called to check on our dogs. Their updates were very sincere and professional and it truly put our minds to ease.

When we picked are babies Up, they seemed very well cared for, Extremely happy, And somehow, calmer and more balanced!
We will 100% continue to use Silver Maple Per Center for our pets. 5 out of 5 Stars!!!

Silver Maple is the best place for our dog. She’s a bit anxious but whenever I say “Silver Maple” Jenni’s tail starts wagging. When I drop her off she runs to the employees and doesn’t even turn around to say “bye”. They take such great care of her and she always comes back happy. When we have to go out of town I know she’s in the best care and the staff are always happy to give me an update when I call to check in. I recommend this facility to everyone I know.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Silver Maple Farms! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and my dogs were clearly well cared for! I have used kennels in the past and when I picked them up they were stressed and took a day or two to bounce back. This was not the case with Silver Maple! They were calm, happy, and sleepy from all of the fun! Thank you very much for taking such wonderful care of Olive and Otis!!!

These folks are the best. Terrific groomers, very reasonable, and they're great with the pups. We used to live 5 mins away, but even after we moved across town we still make the trek. They're that good.

They are really great with cats and appear to be at least as good with dogs. Using them for boarding my beloved cat gives me an extra level of comfort when I'm traveling - the difference between relaxing and nagging worry.

I love this place and I’m truly grateful to the ppl who work here. Without Silver Maple I wouldn’t have been able to keep my cats and that would’ve made a bad year even worse. The employees here are wonderful! Everyone I’ve met has been so understanding, friendly, and just genuinely so nice that it’s a bit overwhelming. Truly I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone there.

I knew this place was pricey but it was worth every penny to keep my babies. I worked and saved up for weeks so I could put a deposit down. Imagine to my horror that all the hard work I put in to afford this place does not go to the lovely ppl who work here!! Every single person there deserves a raise. This place is amazing and they even let me see my cats occasionally. It’s hard not to come daily to see them. Seriously though increase everyone’s pay immediately. Silver Maple wouldn’t be the lovely place that it is without the ppl there who are clearly dedicated to their job, love our pets, and take care of them too.

I love Silver Maple Pet Center! My family has used them for grooming and boarding for over 15 years and when I got my own dog, I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. They know all the dogs by name. My dog Kaylee has a tendency to get anxious at doggie daycare, the vet, and other “strange” situations where she might be separated from me or around new dogs, but I never worry about leaving her at Silver Maple. I’ve attached a couple of pictures from Kaylee’s last stay in their boarding facility. Instead of putting all the dogs in the yard together, they put together small play groups of dogs with similar size and temperament. I can tell from the pictures that Kaylee is happy and relaxed. In their standard boarding kennels, each dog has their own fenced dog run, so they can come and go outside as they please. You can also get a “Villa” on the second floor where the dogs have their own couches and TVs, which would be great for older dogs or anxious dogs.

The grooming is always great too! She leaves happy and smelling like puppy shampoo with a jaunty new bandana.

Silver Maple might be slightly more expensive than other options, but their prices are reasonable and for me it’s 100% worth it for the peace of mind that comes from knowing my dog is being well cared for.

Silver Maple is great! My dog always comes back looking well fed and happy. My dog is a pit mix and a lot of kennels have breed restrictions against pit mixes. They are super easy to schedule with, very accommodating, and they seem to love my dog. I will continue to use their service for a long time!
