Says leave a review, not unloaded or given a dock yet so I give a 3...Updated ..not the worse n not the best about 5 hrs total..but they do have an area of ovnp parking at the truck entry and also on the other side of the bldg...there's a C-store next to them in walking distance. Their friendly here, yard spotter was nice to.. They do have a driver lounge inside a small bldg near the truck entry, has a snack n drink vending machines, and bathroom. There's a QR Code on a sign, if you scan it you can fill in your checkin info and submit it, it does make the checkin process easier.

They have quite a few truck stage, and the loading duck is full. So I understand the waiting some drivers do. It's my first time here.

Definitely will refuse any load coming here. I think that I should write a letter to the local health department and to the EPA due to the amount of animal blood that's in the potholes on the ground. They are extremely slow and very poor at communicating with the drivers. There's no drivers lounge or restroom that I can see. Also bring extra food and prepare to stay longer than expected.

This facility either needs more staff or better management. IMO it needs both. 2pm appointment left at 4:46 pm, with scrap cardboard. I can’t imagine having a real load here it would take days. Yard guys said he’s seen trucks sit for 30+ hours for a load. I think Simmons leadership team needs to come in and do some house cleaning. By the reviews it’s been a long term issue.

I've been here a couple times with no issues. I picked up here yesterday. My appointment time was 1630. I arrived at 1545 and was given a door 5 minutes before my appointment time. I was loaded and out of there 30 minutes later. You do have to use a QR code to check in. The lady at the shipping/receiving office was nice and answered a couple questions I had. Drivers are not allowed to break the seals or the load will be rejected. They do allow parking until you are loaded/unloaded. There is a BP station like 2 miles away with 5 to 8 truck parking spots. There is a trailer washout up the hill from the plant, MLA Truck Wash, $40 cash. I went there, the washout was a good washout.

Check in 10:52am for my 10:30am appointment. Even there website says you are late only if you are 30 min past appointment time, they used my 20 min being late that I need to reschedule, for 13 hours later appointment, which more likely are not going to load on time. They were just using me being late as of excuse not to load me since it takes them anyway four, five hours to load trucks after appointment time. And they’re always behind regardless of you showing up an appointment or not. This is not my first time here. Regardless of smell and not having human bathroom out on their lot. I refuse to wait and left the property. Good luck everyone. Be aware of this place.
If we all stick together and not let them do thing like this to us, we would be appreciated more and let places like this go bankruptcy.
