Onyx and I went on our first walk this morning. We encountered humans, dogs, cars and bicycles. He reacted only a little to 2 cars that went by, but quickly corrected himself and came back to focus on me. I cannot thank you enough for how enjoyable this first walk was with him. We talked, and practiced his sitting and down podition, we practiced thst every time I stop he would sit and look at me. So as hard as it was not to see him for 6 weeks. It was absolutely worth it.

Jordan took our rescue dog that was so reactive going for walks were nearly impossible. He was struck by a car before we got him, I desperately wanted him to stop chasing cars so that he doesn't get hurt again. I look forward to our walks now. Thank you so very much. He now gets to be spoiled, and belive me I am totally now one of those fur baby moms.

I will be making appointments with Jordan to continue our education.

I took my dog there 2 years ago for puppy classes which became behavioral training due to his aggression issues at only 4 months old. They did absolutely amazing on getting him to where I wanted him to be! I cannot remember the trainers name but she was absolutely amazing and he is truly so much better now, now I got a new puppy who has just turned 5 months old and wanted to sign him up for the puppy classes as he is a small breed dog and I have only had larger dogs in my family so I wanted helpful tips on how I can better our bond and training. I signed him up and classes started on 4/16. I was super excited, got there at 6, went to the front desk to ask where they were at and waiting in their building for 30 minutes as nobody had informed me that they were canceled due to “low enrollment”. I was very upset at this as that Monday I had to call to see if the puppy classes were still on as I had not heard anything from them and the trainer had emailed me on the Tuesday on what to bring and other information but said nothing about them maybe having to canceled. After the 30 minutes of waiting I checked my email and realized I did received an email that they were canceled so that was my fault but the front desk also did not tell me. I spoke with multiple people about this who have also been in the puppy classes and they informed me that when they did their puppy classes they were the only ones who signed up. Which made me very upset because now it just seems like they are all about the money. The trainer offered me 1-on-1 sessions but I simply cannot afford that and now my puppy is about to turn 6 months old which we will not be able to do these puppy classes anymore. The next morning I call to get my refund as you have to pay beforehand. I did not get my refund till 2 weeks later as they said it was my bank and then they said it got declined. After multiple times of contacting them I finally got it back. I don’t know what has changed with the company but they have truly changed for the worse and that makes me so sad as they have previously been amazing.

Cameron Head is an amazing trainer at Starmark! She took such good care of our young puppy and taught her so much in two weeks. Cameron is excellent with communication as well. Any time I had a question she replied to me in a timely fashion before, during and after training. Our puppy loved and trusted Cameron! It was a great experience! I plan to continue with private lessons.

Such a beautiful facility. Coaches and staff and so terrific. I rescued 2 dogs a few weeks ago and wanted to continue their training. Im glad they are associated with the shelter where I had rescued mine. As it makes it so much easier to find a reputable trainer. My vet from Firehouse spoke highly of them.

I highly recommend them and for your furries babies.

This is actually long overdue.
Last year I took my reactive dog to train with Paige. She did an amazing job, at first I was afraid she wouldn't ever be able to get near him but I know she took a lot of time and effort to get him used to her and after the first week of his stay was able to start taking him out. He even approached another trainer on his own during one of our lessons and her genuine excitement for him really showed me that she grew to care about him the same way I did.
She gave weekly check ins and picture updates and addressed any concerns I had. She even gave him a bath (something that usually only I could do) and washed his bed for me!
He came back with new skills and healthy
