My dog always has super soft fur when she comes out! Im usually very scared about taking my dog to pet spas or pet hotels while im on vacation bc some peoples dogs come out lookin like theyve been abused at different places, but i love sydneys cause ik my puppy is in good hands! My dog, (ruby: mutt), is prone to separation anxiety, so when she comes out stressed, i do not feel concerned! Also the staff is very patient with her when she gets scared coming in and out, which I appreciate! 👍🩷👏

I was pretty disappointed. I boarded my two girls only for two days and had added grooming services for them. When I picked them up, I noticed they had poop and urine on their back legs and was not expecting this as we paid for them to get groomed. Also, when we brought them home, they finished two bowls of water as if they never drank in their life which to be honest was concerning. They don’t require much attention but basic needs to me seem to have been missed.

I really wanted this to be a positive experience and saw many positive reviews. Sadly this was not the case for our girls and will be taking our business elsewhere. It’s not cheap and if I’m spending money, I expect a piece of mind they are cared for and basic needs are met.

This was my dogs first time being boarded so I wanted to call and check on him. I called multiple times with no answer and when they finally answered they told me he was very anxious and basically hung up the phone without allowing me time to ask questions. My dog peed on me when we picked him up which he has never done before and then woke up the next morning with a UTI leading me to believe he did not get to go to the bathroom. The add on photos were horrible and I had to remind them to send them to me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

Based on recommendations we took our dog there to be groomed. We provided grooming instructions via email (along with pics) and in person which they wrote down. When we picked our dog up they had completely ignored our instructions. The groomer apologized and said she must have just been on "auto-pilot." It will now take several months for our dog's hair to grow back the way we want it. They offered no refund/credit.
EDIT: After posting this review they reached out and gave us a refund.

We have taken our dog, Bob, to Sydney's for playtime, boarding and grooming. He can hardly wait to get there and scratches at their door if I am not quick to open it. He has been boarded and they have managed his rather complicated medicines perfectly. The groomer does a great job. I recommend them highly. He has been going for 6 years.

Had to last minute emergency board my dog due to our hotel providing misinformation on their website about allowing pets. After searching I was able to call same day and reserve my dog a stay for 2 weeks until our trip was over and we could take him home. I was extremely anxious about doing so as I’ve never sent my dog to boarding, daycare, etc. The staff treated me and my four legged baby with the best care. When my mommas boy puppy came out to finally take him home he wasn’t even nearly as excited to see me as I was anticipating, my guess is he was very happy hanging out with the staff members at this boarding facility. I’m very pleased and thankful for this facility and would HIGHLY recommend them.

We took Daisy Donut to a new groomer today because we needed a last second haircut and wash. Donna was her groomer and did a fabulous job! Thank you for working us into the schedule!

I just adopted my golden doodle who got neutered the day before his groom. He was matted and smelly from the previous owner unfortunately. When I dropped him off I made sure to tell the receptionist instructions from the vet on keeping his incision clean, with no soap and patting dry. She wrote that down on a sticky note and ensured me he would be okay. When I picked him up, I asked how he did and part of the note the groomer said was “injury to his sensitive areas, not sure if he was neutered recently”

Well, yeah. I also left a note on his account the date he was neutered. Very disappointed, I will not be back unfortunately since these important things aren’t communicated electronically or even with a sticky note.
