Loved this place until about April of 2022. New management, and lack of competent staff. We were ideal clients, always paid on time. The management failed to keep accurate invoicing. I bugged them for 3 straight weeks asking for our bill so we could pay them. They failed to provide one until last week Thursday.

I cut them a check immediately, and sent my wife to pay them. They then refused to provide her with a receipt, needed for HSA reimbursement. They claimed we needed to be completely paid up.

This is impossible as with each passing day our balance changed. When confronted on this issue, their employee, became angry, rude, and dismissive. Then deliberately over charged us for last two days. Rate was $55 a week. Charged us $50 for our final 2 days.
This place needs to be closed down!

Completely unprofessional, and possibly illegal operation. Do yourselves a favor and go somewheres else. We are. No way we're going to be treated like this whole paying them.

We enrolled my 4 year old child in the transition to kindergarten program. Things were going great until July 5 2021. My daughter spiked a fever and had a seizure. The staff did not call EMS or 911. They called me. Here I am at work 30 mins away and I ask well do I need to pick her up you know thinking they are going to have her taken to the ER. No.. My husband thankfully was 10 mins away and rushed to get her. We grabbed her and she passed out in the car. We got her to the doctors and they said she was taking awhile to come out of the 'fog' from the seizure so they put in a consult for neuro. She seems fine now and they think she had a virus. I have tried for 2 days now to get in touch with the office staff to talk about this and they refuse to answer any of the phone numbers I have for them. I put in a complaint with the state. They are endangering lives and it is ridiculous they won't even answer a phone call. I am livid.
