I recently moved to Madill from Arlington, Texas. Always aware of my health, I began to search for a PCP in this area. I was fortunate in Texas to have a doctor with a caring attitude, never making me feel as though I was just a “in and out” patient. I found Dr. Goodwin-Chambers in Madill at Texoma Care and am very pleased that she takes the time to make me feel as though she cares about my concerns about my health. She is always interested in all aspects of my needs and general condition. I am very pleased to have Dr. Chambers as my new PCP and pleased with her staff, all of whom are very friendly and caring.

We have established care here and saw Dr. Gordon twice. I called today to try to schedule a follow up from a car accident that my husband was in on Saturday. They told me first that it would be self pay and then proceeded to tell me that they don't do car accident follow ups. As a nurse, I know that most PCP offices do follow ups. They tell you after you are seen in the ED to follow up with your PCP, but tell me now what the hell are we supposed to do if ourown family dr doesn't do follow ups to make sure there is no issues after the initial ED visit, go back to the ED? We will be finding a new dr!!

When I called I was told that I would have to fill out new patient paperwork before I could get an appointment. My sister went by and picked up the paperwork for me so I could fill it out at home and take it back to save time. I dropped it off the following day and the receptionist said that they would call me for an appointment. I have high blood pressure and needed to be seen as soon as possible and told the receptionist this when I dropped off the paperwork. I waited a couple of days and was told after being placed on hold that the doctor could not accept me as a patient because she never prescribed some of the medication that I take. I asked if they could refer me to someone and the receptionist said they didn’t know anyone to refer me to. I’ll never go back to them again.

I had to find a new doctor because my regular one does not take my insurance anymore. This was my only option and they were rude. I’ve waited for awhile to get a call and when i do they tell me i wont be taken as a patient and I was not given an explanation as to why because when I asked I was only told “I don’t know” and when i said okay I was hung up on before I could ask any questions. A few years ago my boyfriend filled out a form because he has high blood pressure and a doctor diagnosed him but he’s never had any help with it. They never called him back. Not even to say they wouldn’t take him as a patient.

This is a good family clinic. The receptionists are always welcoming and smiling upon entering front desk. The waiting area is clean and bright. The nurses MaryAnn and others are caring and patient.
Dr Shannon Goodwin-Chambers is always positive, she really listens and knowledgeable. The patients rooms are clean and cheerfully decorated with family photos etc... There is a special prayer wall near Billing and checkout. All the staff Ive met here Adella, Rachel and others are friendly. The prices are good. Telehealth service is prompt.

I applied here a week ago and was told that I would be given a call to set up an appointment this week. I have not received the call. I've called them 4 times this week and they always give an excuse as to why I can't set up my appointment yet. They're always telling me the doctor isn't there and to call back later. Today, they told me the doctor is gone until Monday. I'm an epileptic on Keppra and I only have 2 days left of my medication and have no refills. They are aware of this. I will have a seizure if I suddenly stop taking it. This is a major problem.

Will never go back to the er there the nurses were super super awesome but the female pa was very rude and I feel she thought I was faking as a matter of fact she pretty much said it but just not straight out. I received a MRI on my back yesterday proving I'll probably have to have surgery. The female pa is the only reason for bad review.
