Great facilities and excellent trainer. We have taken 3 of our 4 week obedience classes and are thrilled with the teacher the methods used and information given. I waited till my dog was 1 year old to try professional obedience training. He is great, i am the one learning 🙂

The Brightside is the best training and boarding facility in Gwinnett County. I love that they are taken care of by Katy and Dean themselves, since it is a small business run by them alone. I NEVER have to worry when I am away that my 4 dogs are being taken care of because they see to them all every day. I could not imagine leaving them at a large facility where the staff is constantly turned over and truly do not know them individually. I truly do not know how Katy and Dean do it all by themselves but I am FOREVER grateful to have them for training and boarding. Can not go wrong with Boarding and Training with Katy and Dean at The Brightside!!

I have a pup who had a cancer diagnosis at age 5 so leaving him is always stressful. He never seems stressed when we pick him up. Katy is absolutely amazing and he responds so well to her! The first time she met him, she took his leash and he was unbelievably calm. Obviously I can't say enough about how much I trust Katy and her team.

We were very impressed with brightside . We had never boarded our 3 Year old Siberian husky and were apprehensive about leaving her for 3 days. However, the owners, Katy and her husband, were great. They spent extra time with our dog to get her used to them and to being around other dogs. When we picked up our dog after our trip, she seemed very happy. I would definitely recommend brightside!

Love Brightside. I have done agility classes and dock diving. My BC girl finished her Master Dock title there last year. Have also done Frisbee events. Great all round place for many events.

I want to leave a 1 star review but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The communication here is a joke. I requested group training twice on their website and did not get a follow up with the first request. After the second, i got a follow up where they requested my email to send me a payment link. Stupid request considering they already emailed me with the email I provided. I sent my email with my EMAIL back to them. I also asked to verify the class schedule. I sent that email on 5/18. On 5/23, I emailed again saying I never got the link. I called today because i thought maybe there were issues with the emailing system. Call went straight to voicemail and the voicemail said the best way to contact them is via email. What a joke. There are great reviews and this is conveniently located but the lack of communication is wild. I gave 3 stars because maybe there are personal reasons causing the delay. Unfortunately sometimes you do not get a response until a review is left.

Just got my dog back from Brightside and I can't believe the difference professional training has done for her. Absolutely the best outfit I have found anywhere. Totally professional and obviously their love of all things dog related is easy to see. I would recommend Brightside for any level of dog training.

Love this place! We take my mini aussie here for agility classes and we've gone to a few Frisbee lessons. They also have dock diving and lure chasing. They have space for indoor training in the event of rain.
