I have five standard poodles. Grooming a poodle is an art form, and The Dog House does a good job every month. The staff is eager to please and the owner, Lorrie, is fantastic. I think my pups look beautiful, and I like having a standing appointment, so I don’t have to worry about calling for 4 appointments every month. I have them groomed/bathed every two weeks! The prices are reasonable and the entire staff showers my pups with love. They also have training classes, which are terrific! I’ve been through four different trainers and I think Lorrie is the best. I’m so happy I found The Dog House.

The business and staff are top-notch. We have 4 dogs. All are groomed and boarded(when needed), and have play dates here. Our dogs love to come and play as we feel they are well taken care of.

I recently took my dog, Akyra, to the Dog House Pet Resort, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure Akyra felt comfortable and safe from the moment we arrived. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. Akyra had a fantastic time, and I could tell she was well taken care of. I highly recommend the Dog House Pet Resort for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving environment for their pets. Akyra will definitely be coming back!

Lorrie and her team are beyond ridiculous, and in a good...no...a great way! The young team that she has built truly, truly love dogs and it shows in every way when watching them interact in all different facets of their business.

Whether training, play time, grooming or anything else, they are truly experts. It is no wonder they are rated the best in GA! I'm switching from a long-time groomer I have been with to have Lorrie and her team care for my best friend going forward (and it's 30 minutes further away from where I live!).

Love The Dog House! I’m 6 months pregnant and can’t groom my dog at home anymore due to being high risk and being in pain. I took my standard poodle elsewhere recently for a a bath and they couldn’t even wash him properly so I came to a place I knew would do amazing. I dropped off a brown stained poodle, and came home with a beautifully groomed white poodle! My groomer Chloe was super sweet, listened great, and was excited about what we will do creatively in the future when I can keep up with the maintenance on longer hair. Can’t wait to go back and Roh was comfortable as soon as he met her.

I’ve been coming to this groomer location for 4 years now, I’ve experienced minor issues such as double charging my account, dog nail bleeding, and inconsistent communication from staff. Today I had a scheduled appt to get my dog groomed. Two hours before the appt I received a text from the groomers asking for updated vaccination, which ya know it’s rightfully so ,however, upon making the appointment it would have been nice to get a heads up then, which would be giving me a week to get vaccinations updated! Poor communication from the groomers is why I won’t be returning.

We love the Dog House! Our dog has been coming here for almost 2 years now, and we can confidently say it is his all time favorite place! He gets so excited when we mention the word “daycare”. If Memphis could rate this place, he would give it 10 stars! The staff are extremely friendly + helpful, and ease any stress or worries you might have about dropping your pup off!
