I took my havanese in and took pictures showing multiple angles. Picture on left is my dog and how I wanted groomed. Picture on right is when I picked up my dog. His ears are chopped up and uneven - it will take months for my dog to grow back to a point to get groomed. I'm beyond disappointed and will never go back.

Took my Maltese told them exactly how I wanted her I didn't want her shaved down down at all because of previous reviews.I picked up my pup and I was livid on the results she had red marks on her tummy her hair was cut two different lengths I will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE.She went in for a feet face and fanny and it seems as if a toddler did the work
