Always a great experience when we come here. Staff are great and helpful. Definitely pet people. Dr Hsu is wonderful in his education and options. Reasonable but definitely knows what he is doing. Highly recommend. Good parking lot. Always quick in and out.

It not the place what you want to bring your pet to cere for your pet. The place was not that clean we bought our Cat there to Space him he almost died. Got very bad of a 3 type of Infection and the Suture wasn’t tight in collect and open the wound have to use a stapler close the wound we have bording him in the Clinic for 3day after surgery.then take him home 2days later he has height Fever has to brought him back to the Clinic find out he has very bad infection the Vet had to put him Antibiotics right away for while we wait for his Couture come back then find out he had a 3 different types of bad Bacteria infection. He had to be treated with 2 different types of antibiotics for over two weeks after his surgery when he completed with Antibiotic about 3week he got another issue for some kind of skin problem so am not happy about this care facility at all ☹️☹️☹️

I am very happy I found Dr. Hsu and the Honolulu Pet clinic. Everyone is very caring, kind, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at Honolulu Pet clinic. We have been taking our two shih tzu dogs to Honolulu Pet clinic since they were puppies. Even though we moved to Kailua, we continue taking our fur babies to Dr. Hsu to Honolulu Pet clinic. Dr. Hsu is an incredible, kind, knowledgeable and caring doctor. Mika and Kona, our fur babies, adore Dr. Hsu too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend.

Been coming here with all my babies for the last 9 years. I’m only writing this review now because a couple of my friends had bad experiences at their vets that I was bewildered by; I told them I had never experienced anything like that at THPC so I referred them and they made an appt immediately — and were BLOWN AWAY by how amazing the staff was. I guess I’m so lucky in thinking that having available, caring, and knowledgeable doctors and techs is normal 😂❤️

The entire staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with for the health care of my Malshi! They are open 7 days a week and also provide after-hours emergency care if needed! I am really happy with the service and care my best friend receives to stay healthy! I highly recommend The Honolulu Pet Clinic!

They took good care of my Silly Kitty and helped me to learn how to read cat behavior better. I didn't realize my cat was experiencing so much distress with her teeth and ears. Thankfully I came to THPC. This team of professionals is TOP NOTCH. Not only were they very compassionate in caring for my cat's health but they are non-judgmental toward non-vet owners, who are (mostly innocently) ignorant of cat issues. I am no longer ignorant of hidden cat issues! I not only feel confident that my kitty's health was their top priority but also that they truly believe in owner education. They equipped me with information, tools, and a website that teach me how to better care for the needs of my own pet. As a result, I was able to take this new information confidently made changes to my cat's diet, parasite prevention, toothbrushing habits (yes!), and even added running water fountains (Petsafe Drinkwell) in our home to entice more water drinking (and more water play!). As she became healthier, my kitty got her spunk back! Lastly, every person in this place is amazing. They are efficient, organized, and super kind, friendly, knowledgable, etc. Please do your pet a favor and bring them to these caring professionals.

I love Dr. Hsu. He saved my Yorkie's life two years ago. He loves animals and his practice. He recently removed her tooth and took time showing me how to brush her teeth at the re-check appointment today. The staff are very competent.

I chose this clinic for my new German Shepard puppy. At around 10 weeks, she had an unusual lump in her neck. After paying $500 for X-ray and biopsy the vet let me know that it was an inflammation, maybe caused by an injury as a very young puppy. Not to worry, that it wouldn’t grow, and I should wait until spaying her to remove it. She’s 16 weeks now and I noticed recently that it has definitely gotten larger, so immediately scheduled for a second opinion. My new vet was immediately concerned and even told me after getting my first vets records that they were documenting that it was getting larger. They never even told me!!! Never mentioned it!! When she got her last shots all they told me was call when she’s six months to schedule her spay and they would take out the growth at the same time. My new vet confirmed she needs it removed immediately as it is clearly something to be very concerned about. I’m so upset that I stuck with this clinic in the beginning. I should have known better and immediately gone for a second opinion , but I chose to trust them instead. Big mistake ☹️. If you are going for annual check ups they are great and very nice, professional, friendly. The owner is Very nice as well. If your dog has any type of condition (other than physical therapy) I recommend you rethink before choosing this clinic.
