This mail store is amazing. I go there to pick up packages for my mom a lot and the service is great. if you don’t want the package thieves to steal your packages I would recommend something from here. They have pretty good open times

18 dollars to have two boxes picked up. I asked for tape and for them to print labels because this is a shipping store.. and they charge $18 for two boxes. One is oversized but no notice.. the woman waited till I was done taping everything up to tell me it would be that price. Couldn’t even walk out. I will go to FedEx next time. Total scam artists.

AWFUL! I went to get a document notarized, at 4:15 on a Monday afternoon. I asked if they have a notary (as is advertised). She said, "yes, but I can't do notarization right now. You'll have to come back." No one else was in the store.

Long time neighborhood business, providing super convenient shipping services. Accepts package drop off from all major and minor shipping companies - including DHL international and Zara - for a low $1-$2 fee. I have been using The Mailroom Store regularly for over a decade and have never had an issue.
