Just received a phone call asking if I was still coming for a physical they scheduled a year ago. Why would it ever need to take a year to do a physical is beyond me. Of course I've already switched providers and when I did I got my physical done that day. Also side note was treated so poorly by the doctor there. When I told them about the problems I was experiencing with my stomach, they were more worried if I was using condoms with my girlfriend. So beyond unprofessional and I'm glad I switched.

I'm somewhat new to the Portland Clinic but so far all my experiences there have been positive. My dermatologist, Dr. Mannino, is terrific and the nursing staff is very accommodating. By using the MyChart app I'm able to review after-visit summaries and check on upcoming appointments. All in all it's been a great experience at the clinic.

Communication here is absolutely garbage. Was told to call back after a few days if my pain continue, so I called back and finally got an answer on call number two. They hung up when transferring me to the nurse line, and didn't try to call back. I called back two more times and once again never got a call back.

I’ve been going to the Portland Clinic since 2020. Yesterday I was seen by Physician Assistant, Tomorrow Denton. I highly recommend her as a primary care provider for anyone. She was caring & compassionate. She was also thorough in getting testing done & following up on a recent ER visit. She took time to listen, understand & ask questions to clarify my situation.

Their phone tree genuinely doesn't work, i hit the options multiple times and it kicks me back to the first menu. and it's impossible to reach anyone or expect to get a response back

The bad news - I suffered a knee injury while playing Handball. The good news - amazing response time at the Portland Clinic. 11:00 am injury. 1:30 pm I was seeing a physician. 2:30 I had office notes, a new brace and x-rays taken, 5:00 the radiologist had viewed the images and I received a written report from the physician on my chart.

Great staff that is invested in your health. Dr. Ethan Fram (urology) and Dr. Thomas S. Dudrey (Primary Care), the best I’ve ever had. They take time to know you, get acquainted with your health record, and provide careful guidance. I always feel well taken care of.
