I must say the Puppy Lodge is blessed to have Monica there as a groomer. Every time I send my dogs Blessing and Noah in they come out shiny and happy because of Monica’s touch. Over the years I’ve followed her as she went to different businesses. Thank you Puppy Lodge for having employees there like Monica. Please go and ask for Monica I promise you will not regret it. Keep up the good work❤️‼️

I know my review will be disregarded and not taken seriously, but I’m going to tell exactly how my last & final experience with puppy lodge Gluckstadt was. Firstly, the lady who “GROOMED” my dog last time was there and allowed another lady to “BUTCHER” my baby. The 1st experience was great and the groomer did awesome. Honestly, my dogs gets matted/tangled due to her rolling in the carpet as it is a habit she has. Hear me out, she has been supper matted before and never been shaved this low. I took my baby to the puppy lodge on Wednesday and the owner was informed of my dissatisfaction on the same day and STILL has yet to reach out to me. I cried for 30 minutes after seeing how pitiful my dog looked. My dog was even crying, and if I could post videos I could show way more. The lousy groomer called me Wednesday after I dropped her off and told me she would have to be shaved lower on the legs due to her matting which was fine, but to completely bald my dog is insane. She had missing patches of hair and her cut is so uneven and straggly. I mentioned to the groomer today once she finally called me that a previous groomer never cut her this low even though she was matted, and she told me maybe that place was a better fit for me and my dog. The inconsideration and the nonchalance is beyond me. I wouldn’t take my pet caterpillar here.

The Puppy Lodge has been grooming my baby for years and we absolutely love it!!! We are extremely consistent with our grooming, therefore we are always happy with the grooming outcome!!! This is one of the best grooming places in the North Jackson, Ridgeland, and Madison area!!! This place love my fur baby! ❤️❤️❤️

Bad experience at both locations. Gluckstadt and Ridgeland. My Yorkies haircut is uneven. Opposite of what I asked for. I paid before I could see her. In addition, her nails were still sharp. Had to go somewhere else on the same day for a nail grind. FYI… I didn’t realize how bad it was until we got home and I checked everything.Very upset and unsatisfied with Saturdays service. I am done with both locations. Never again. My opinion would be to research and find excellent groomers with excellent customer service for the prices that are charged. Maybe a bath and brush. But definitely NOT a haircut from puppy lodge.

For the owners response- yes, I tried a few different times. However, it is always a hit or miss. Never consistent. The lack of communication seems to be a big problem. Furthermore, you mentioned “complimentary services”. That implies that I received a service that was free and that is so far from the truth. Others may have had good services at your establishment. But I have not. Maybe once or twice. So if you call being ignored when picking up my fur baby on the first Gluckstadt visit good customer service, you’re wrong. I appreciate the well wishes but I will not accept half truths.

recently took my dog to the Gluckstadt location for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they did an amazing job with my pup. He came out looking great and seemed really comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services for their pets!

Thank you puppy lodge y'all are the best I been dealing with my baby dog hair for almost a month now pet smart couldn’t do it but puppy lodge did it. If you have a baby dog that never had a haircut go to puppy lodge they are patient, friendly and fast and will get your baby right. Definitely will be seeing me again. 🥰

Monica (who now works at the Gluckstadt location) groomed our doggy, Mango, and did a great job. Our pup is usually very nervous and skittish, but Monica handled her with ease!
