I've been to FedEx Kinkos and it was a drag just to get attention and service when I was in a rush and just need help. This place is the complete opposite. The owners are great, friendly and really cater to the customers needs. I've had several interviews and needed my resume printed as quickly as possible and it was done with great hospitality and professional. Great quality and service. I'm glad I discovered this place. I was born and raised in the Lower East Side-East Village and we need more places like this. I would definitely recommend it.

Santo is incredibly friendly. If you're lucky, Curtis - his cute and equally friendly American Pit Bull Terrier will say hello. Affordable prices and good service. This is one of the stores in the East Village that gives it its character!

Waited 5 minutes for the owner to wrap up what was obviously a non-business-related personal phone call. Then he really couldn’t help me.
They don’t make high resolution copies.
They don’t carry card stock.
They don’t carry any nice envelopes.
They don’t have the latest technology for sending doc files such that they are printable.

FedEx can do all of the above. I wanted to support a local business that’s very cute! But they are not on top of things.

Santo is the best. I have always been shown courtesy and respect at this print shop. They can almost always help me right away, and always make sure it's done right. The shop dog is a sweetheart too, so be sure to bring a biscuit for him. I don't waste my time going to other places. Thanks again.

I'm not really familiar with NYC since I am only a short term visitor. I found this place via Google Maps and it's easy to say that the reviews are legit. I went there to print some forma for work and everything about the service is straightforward and at a good price. Highly recommended for students and young professionals!

All you need and more! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Real neighborhood people. All kinds of copying and scanning for business and creative endeavors. Odd little gifts and postcards, too. Take your business there and support what makes the East Village great.

Horrible experience. And EXPENSIVE! Came in for a second proof of a zine (first one was already wrong) that took almost an hour because they were servicing other customers who arrived afterwards and also were doing other things and moving slow.
Then when the proof finally was done it was wrong again. Though the mistake from the first proof was fixed a whole new mistake was made in the second edition.
I pointed out the mistake and asked how it was possible, since this error didn't come up in the first proof and I made adjustments to my doc only according to those first errors.
Instead of being helpful he flat out refused to make the prints, claiming he had already wasted a whole hour on it when I was standing in that tiny shop watching my print outs lay there for 30 mins before they even touched them.
This during my work day and the zine was for my job. A horrible waste of time, not to mention we already weren't pleased w the price. Such a huge rip off. In the end I'm only thankful that I didn't give them more money.
