The man that helped us was very patient and polite with us as we tried to get our fingerprints scanned. It took a long time (not his fault) but he stuck with it, even calling the scanning company for further assistance.

We came to UPS to get fingerprints to send to the FBI for an asylum case. I came to translate for my friend. Jake helped us. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. There was an error with our QR call which he handled. Then we had to call another company to get the error fixed. Everything took longer because I was translating for my friend. No matter who Jake was speaking to - us or the people on the phone - he was very polite. We got the fingerprints sent off with his help.

I usually have the very best experience at my UPS store. Today November 18. I entered and the first desk young man was working with a customer, he was very pleasant, the next young man was looking at his phone and didn’t even acknowledge me!! The third young man didn’t acknowledge me either and didn’t have a customer. A young lady whom I’ve seen before came from the back and said we can help you. I asked her which guy to go to. I don’t know what is going on there but normally I recognize the staff and it’s been all different

I’ve had such great experiences at this UPS center, and a big part of that is thanks to Srivathsa! Every time I come in to make a return, he’s super helpful and makes the whole process quick and easy. He’s always super patient and goes out of his way to make my experience there more comfortable. Highly recommend this location!
