I like most of the staff who are friendly. But they make you feel rushed. Ive had 2 appts this week and both caregivers seemed very rushed and short.

I like the office design, beautiful. No more piling your clothes in a corner and stuffing your underwear in a pocket- they give you a closet and lovely robe! They have a text based communication which is nice but if you have to call them you are acrewed. These pics are from March 2023, I took them to show the space to the women I work with. It’s very lovely and comfortable.

But, at the end of the day, despite the nice features, I’m probably going to return to a regular doctors office with a phone number and a little more human care in their care. It’s easy to send a message and wait for a response but for anything timely and urgent this is not the place to go. They don’t make their phone number easy to get at all. When I needed my prescription to be rerouted to another pharmacy I had to return to the office to get it rerouted because you can’t call.

As a business owner, I’d say, the issue here is everything is designed from a corporate office and there is no doctor whose practice it is to make sure these little human details are covered.

Tia Soho is great! I have been with them for a few months now and every time I am pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the attention to patient care. The front desk staff is also thoughtful and resourceful. Today, I just came in for blood work, but ended up having other questions, and I was able to get a consult with a doctor pretty much immediately thanks to a cancellation and the front desk's request to see if the provider could see me sooner rather than later. Shout out to Nancy in phlebotomy for making my blood draw easy, painless, and dare I say enjoyable with great banter and conversation! All in all a great place to get comprehensive healthcare!

I recently visited Tia Women's Health Clinic for their new wrinkle care services, and I cannot say enough about my experience with Cheyenne James! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, personable demeanor.

Cheyenne was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making sure I felt informed and comfortable. Her knowledge and expertise truly stood out, and I appreciated how she tailored her approach to meet my specific needs.

The results were amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. I will absolutely be returning to see Cheyenne again soon. If you’re considering their wrinkle care or any of the other services Tia offers, I highly recommend booking with her. She’s the best!

I have never felt more disappointed in a healthcare provider than I have with Tia. The complete lack of care and support for clients has left me feeling scammed. They refuse to refill medications—ones they originally prescribed—without requiring additional, often difficult-to-schedule appointments. This has been such a nightmare that I’ve had to seek new providers just to refill basic prescriptions like birth control.

It’s clear that Tia forces unnecessary appointments to continue charging clients. After being a patient for over a year, I decided to cancel my membership, yet despite multiple requests, I have not received a single response in over a week. Additionally, I have requested my medical history, and—unsurprisingly—no one has provided any information.

Tia preys on women seeking care and support, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. It’s a frustrating, predatory system that does not prioritize patient well-being. Beware!

I got my IUD placed here and wow. The experience was a lot better than I was expecting. After reading and listening to stories of others getting there’s at other places I was terrified. They made me feel so comfortable the doctor talked me through everything before hand and then talked through every step as she did it. I was given lavender essential oil and a stress ball to squeeze to help me relax and a heating pad to help relax even more. When everything was done I wasn’t rushed out I was given the time to get up on my own when I felt ready and comfortable. To say this was the least traumatic experience I’ve ever had when visiting any kind of doctors appointment. I felt 100% comfortable and safe I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you to my doctor and the whole staff for making me feel comfortable and answering any and all questions I had.

The most enjoyable doctor’s appointments I’ve ever had! Tia offers a hybrid of virtual/in-person which is incredibly convenient. All providers I met with were overwhelmingly kind and each one offered the perfect amount of information (not too much, not too little). Scheduling and test results are tech-forward and streamlined. Through Tia, I tried the pharmacy option ‘Capsule’ which delivered my prescription to my door same day. I actually look forward to all my future appointments now that I’ve started receiving my care from Tia!

I don’t love posting negative reviews of Women founded businesses like Tia and I think their concept is great but they have some MAJOR kinks they need to work out. I started using Tia in 2023 originally after some uncomfy obgyn experiences in my past, overall that year I used Tia LOTS and was really satisfied and happy with the providers. I had my original Pap done with them June 5, 2023 with the lab stating that it was received the same day and reported 6/15/2023. After I had my pap I had no follow up from any Tia provider until March 8,2024 where the provider stated “I’m not sure if we shared your results with you or not” (fun fact! They didn’t!) and they informed me via their internal message that my test came back ABNORMAL. it took them almost one full year to let me know of this. I almost reported them for negligence but I was too freaked out so I had to find an OBGYN asap to review the labs and make sure I didn’t have cancer or something and that took a lot of my brain space. Even to this day their communication sucks and they’ve been slowly bleeding my bank account from services like acupuncture I had in 2023- I’ve gotten in contact asking if I can just pay it all and be done but their new “we don’t bill you over $100” crap means that I’m stuck with their bs until they finally finish “finalizing my bill.” Like seriously the appointments are from November 2023 what are you still processing I get all my other bills from other doctors in less than 2 years I really don’t think it should be this hard. I was really truely rooting for this business because the concept is beautiful but they make me want to rip my hair out and say “I guess typical hospital paps aren’t that bad, what’s a little cramping?” Which ladies know- that’s saying a lot 😭.
