Charged for a service I did not receive and was charged multiple times at an incorrect copay. Not only that but the office incorrectly scheduled me with a therapist when I specifically asked to be seen by a psychiatrist. Dr.Kobe was unprofessional, talked over me during the whole session and got defensive at the end when I told him I wasn’t interested in further treatment with him.

After years of looking for a therapist, I finally found a great one. She has been so helpful with my life. I am having healthy concerns and seeing her every other week and really helped manage the stress. I am definitely more mentally healthy than I was prior to our sessions. I was really struggling mentally.

I’ve been using Transformational Healthcare’s Therapy services for about 6 months and I can say that my therapist has truly helped me. We meet about once a week or once every 2 weeks and I’ve felt a difference in myself as a person. I’ve found better ways to cope with stress and anxiety. My therapist has also given me a push to be more social with my peers. I definitely recommend using their healthcare services!

I wasn't a huge fan of my therapist. She was ok in the beginning but can be really defensive and unprofessional, which is unbecoming of a Psychologist. I did what was best for me and ended my services with her. However, I'm sure there are other great therapists in this franchise, and I wouldn't mind giving this business another chance when I seek therapy again.

Provider was kind but just wasn’t a good fit for my particular needs. However what happened after I ended my sessions was slimy. They called to ask about my experience and why I stopped and so I gave that to them and at the end of the call the person starts asking me if I want pharmaceutical or nutritional consultations. I have not once brought up a desire for medication nor have I ever expressed any interest in nutritional counseling nor was that a part of my therapy at all. It felt like they were just peddling me more unecessary healthcare services when I just went for counseling and suddenly someone is asking me why I stopped and basically if I want to be medicated. That happened a week or two ago. I get another call today asking again to review my experience with them so I do and then at the end of the call the person on the line starts telling me my insurance is REQUIRING ME to do a nutritional consultation with them. I have received no such communication from my provider. The person on the line couldn’t give me a reason why it was “necessary” through my insurance and when I asked her if there were any consequences to not scheduling a nutritional consultation she said no but emphasized again that it was “required by your insurance”.

I have never sought out nutritional counseling I have never expressed interest in it to transformational health I have not been referred to a nutritionist in my life the whole experience felt bizarre and honestly like a scam. This is my first time independently seeking mental health services and this experience has discouraged me greatly.

Great Service! Doctors are awesome they have really got me through some rough times especially dark times during the pandemic. Dr. Nancy is an awesome therapist. Dr. Alex has really helped me get my diet together and make better lifestyle changes.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I was billed wrongfully out of network. We are now on month three and I am still waiting on my money to be returned. The customer service is horrible. The billing department is impossible to communicate with. This provider should be reported as I am now on the verge of taking legal action to rectify this matter.
