I’ve been taking my dogs to Treehouse Animal Clinic for over 20 years and have never missed an appointment. However, it’s clear that management has changed because their customer service has taken a serious decline.

This morning at 8 AM, I received a text message demanding that I confirm my appointment by 5 PM or face a no-show fee and cancellation. I responded, letting them know I didn’t appreciate the ultimatum, especially given my perfect attendance over the years. A simple phone call would have been far more appropriate if they truly needed confirmation.

Instead of addressing my concerns, they replied that I was free to take my business elsewhere and insisted they were within their rights to enforce such policies. When I called to speak with a manager, I was told she was too busy to talk.

It’s disappointing to see how little they value their longtime customers. I wouldn’t trust them with a beloved pet when they can’t even show basic respect. There are plenty of other veterinary clinics out there—I highly recommend choosing one that actually cares. This is NOT the clinic you want! Please beware.

This clinic is great & fairly priced IMO.
I bring my senior cat in for his Solensia injections (for OA) — as a busy healthcare professional in a city of nightmare traffic, it’s always stressful trying to get places on weekdays — but they’re always very friendly & accommodating despite my hectic schedule.

Everyone @ this location is so kind too — they always remember my little (big) guy, &being the diva he is, he LOVES the attention.

Treehouse Animal Clinic is an excellent facility. The Clinic is always clean with friendly and professional staff. Verternarian, Dr. Boyd and the vet technicians are the best! For almost 2 years, this is the only clinic Max knows. Dr. Boyd not only cares for Max but provides helpful information allowing me to better care for Max at home. Dr. Boyd is ALWAYS patient and gives as much time as necessary ensuring excellent customer service. Many thanks to the entire staff at TAC! It is always a pleasure to visit the Treehouse Animal Clinic.

We love having Treehouse Animal Clinic down the road. Dr. Boyd is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The staff are friendly and always remember my senior pup by name. They’re also very responsive whenever I have questions or need an appointment. They explain costs upfront, so there are no surprises. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional vet team!

Dr. Yamada, in particular, has been amazing. She’s always so personable and goes above and beyond, even reaching out just to check in on our pets. For example, after our puppy Diego had surgery, she called just to see how he was doing, even though she wasn’t the vet who performed the procedure. That kind of personal touch really sets this clinic apart.

We also bring our older German Shepherd, Gabi, here, and despite being shy, she does great with some of the techs she’s become familiar with over time. I always feel confident that she’s in great hands, whether it’s for Librella injections, regular check-ups, acupuncture, laser heat therapy, or anything else she needs.

On top of that, we’ve brought our cats here, and they’ve received the same level of care and attention. Whether it’s introducing a new pet to the clinic or ongoing treatment, the team always makes us feel like our pets are their top priority.

This clinic is unlike any other I’ve been to—truly a personal and caring experience every time. Highly recommend!

Treehouse animal clinic always takes great care of my Goldie. I was referred to them by a friend that has 2 dogs and am so happy with their staff and care! My girl is 7 months and was recently at Treehouse for her spay surgery. She is recovering greatly and the team was very helpful and communicative. They were very upfront about the process, cost, and recovery time and what to look for to return. Very helpful for a first time dog owner! Puppy tax pic attached!

Every single one of the people who works here genuinely wants your pet to be comfortable and healthy. The sweetest and most caring veterinary clinic I have ever encountered in my 20 years as a pet owner. They aren't trying to overprice, generally 15- 25% cheaper than other vet clinics. Please don't ever change Treehouse, you are perfect. Jasmine thanks you and I will be bringing all of my other pets here in the future.
