My boys had a blast at twin rivers. I was very anxious about leaving them but the front desk was very patient with me and answered all my questions. They even had someone send me pictures of them throughout our trip and they seemed like they had a blast. I definitely recommend twin rivers to anyone looking for a safe place for their pups to stay ❤️

I didn’t think the conditions of this place are healthy. My dog has a severe allergic reaction all over its body after kenneling here. This may have been from stress. I would have like a call if this was happening. She smelled filthy after pick up.

Previous employee the owners always treated us with care and respect. Day care was always a great experience for most dogs. I got puppy fever from working there so I got myself a fur baby. She loved being there every chance she got! We don’t board or use daycare often these days but when we do it’s always Twin Rivers. She perks right up like she’s back at her kennel, she heads right to the office like she’s back at work 😂 I will definitely be bringing karma back for a play date real soon! 💙💙💙💙

If I could give a negative star for this "kennel" I would. As a result of our three dogs spending one Saturday night there (plus having to spend all day Sunday because they don't open till 3:00 p.m. to charge an extra day's fee per dog) we discovered they had not fed them their own food we had taken and requested them be fed. They fed them their own dog food which resulted in all three of them developing diarrhea by Monday morning and they still have diarrhea today, Saturday, one week after they were there. I spent $98.35 at my vet today on medication for them. My advice to anyone who considers taking their pet there.... DON'T
P.S. The only staff working the day we picked them up were two early age teen girls who struggled with the computer, the credit card machine, and even retrieving the dogs from the cage area. Poor kids. Even poorer animals.

We have nothing but good things to say! When they came out to fix our invisible fence the man was friendly, professional, prompt, and efficient. When we used them to kennel our dogs they were kind, helpful, and thorough. Not only that, but my car died in their parking lot and at 6pm on a Friday the counter person helped me out and jumped my car! 5 star place, 5 star customer service, 5 star employees!

We have used them before, but this time was terrible. My dog was scared and whining the entire drive home after I picked her up. They brought her and her bed out to me. She smelled terrible and her bed had feces all over it. I will not be using this Kennel again. Very sad for my dog that she had to stay there.
