This center has been absolutely amazing. The staff teachers and director are always willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. My child is their number one priority as well as any child there. The app the center has sends update on your child and what they are doing throughout the whole day. I’m beyond thankful that we found this center. ❤️ thank you for being great with every child!

I feel very confident leaving our baby there every morning. He is happy when he gets there and happy when we pick him up. The teachers are welcoming and professional, and it has a nice warm environment. The director is new, and I have heard a few teachers talking about how much better it is since Ms. Devin has been the director. I love getting the reports in my email about how his day is going and even the cute pictures that brighten my day!

I do not recommend Tyke Town in LSL due to the lack of communication the Director exhibits. I also do not recommend as their payment system kept withdrawing funds out of my account, after my child no longer attended Tyke Town and there is no foreseen timeframe of when those funds will be returned. The LSL is no longer answering my phone calls and has not responded to emails as well. Do yourself and children a favor and choose a competent daycare that can fulfill the needs of your child and communicate effectively to you.

Tyke Town is a fantastic child care facility. They have exceptional teachers and caregivers. All 3 of my granddaughters attended Tyke Town. The director is very friendly and is easy to work with as long as you follow the established rules. I would highly recommend them.

Tyke Town Developmental Center is a great center! The teachers that work their are amazing with the children and very out going. Children come in every day excited to see their teachers and friends. It is a clean all round great day care!

Tyke town made me jump through hoops to prove that my child with a rare disease was not contagious, even though his medical condition was thoroughly discussed prior to signing contract. I also had brought in a letter from his doctors showing a list of what foods he could NOT eat. Within the couple of months my son attended this facility they tried to feed him food on three separate occasions that they had listed as an allergy (luckily two of those were for breakfast and I was present and able to intervene). When I walked in to speak to the office manager about this she blamed it on being a “substitute” cafeteria worker. She then stated that I needed to pay the “two week” cancellation fee despite my son not returning to their facility. I refused to pay and requested a phone call from the owner- which I never received.

I was charged a $150 Covid-19 Two Week Notice Fee by the owner, Theresa Chambers, when I pulled my son out of the Day Care facility!!! Classy!!!
