I switched vets many years ago to UAH and I’m forever grateful that I did. The staff is beyond professional and they truly treat us like family. Our pets mean the world to us and UAH does absolutely everything they can to keep them as happy and healthy as possible. I have two sisters in the industry so I’ve grown to be very particular in what I look for in a vet and I can’t imagine trusting my critters to anyone else.

Dr. Otto is very helpful and understanding as my LuLu is aging.
He is very supportive of my giving LuLu well balanced home made food and she has now been off of insulin for 8 months.
He always takes the time to discuss any issues or concerns that I have.
His vet tech, Lovie, is great, too.

Dr. Otto and Dr. Moser are the BEST! They love their furry patients, very thorough and have expectations for good medical care and healthy living of their little patients. You know your beloved pet is in the best care at University Animal Hospital. Just ask my girl Cali 😁.

The experience we have had with University Animal Hospital has been excellent from the front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians. Our dog, Missy, had been ill for awhile and finally became so sick, we knew we had to say good bye to her, a very difficult thing for us to do. Dr. Moser and her helper, Jan, made this task possibly in a very loving and compassionate way. We will always be grateful for their assistance. We can't imagine using the services of any other veterinary practice.

Super helpful and caring towards every animal! Was super helpful when we had to say goodbye to one of my dogs. They were carings, supportive, and helpful during that hard time. Also super helpful for my current dog with staying up to date on their shots!

We had moved away from Norman, OK in 2011. We certainly miss Dr. Otto and his staff as they provided excellent care to our fur balls (feline and canine). Wish we could clone Dr. Otto along with staff and bring him to Ohio.

This is the best veterinarian staff I have ever come across. They are so caring from the receptionist to the vet self they care they care about your pet and you. They do follow up check ups to make sure everything is going OK at home. They are top-notch.

Excellent vet’s office. They send reminder cards and texts, and we got his bordatella booster and were in and out in no time. Not too long of a wait for the appointment either. Everyone is kind and friendly, from start to finish. Affordable too. Highly recommend.
