This is probably the best dog park on Maui. The grounds are well kept and the people that bring their dogs are friendly and nice so their dogs are friendly and nice too. There are a small number that don’t know how to control their animals, usually at the big dog side. We’ve been there when some fights have broken out but it doesn’t happen that often. We stick to the small dog side because my girls are 6 and 13lbs. Restrooms are not far and the view is nice.

I adore this dog park! The people are incredible
and so are the dogs. this is my regular park for my dog and I. we made daily visits and are always delighted by the atmosphere and general respect for the park that visitors have.

Not much for shaded seating small dog side, but I like that it was a clean large well-fenced area with a nice challenging climbing hill for those with short legs. Last 2 visits we have been the only ones in the small dog side. An maybe 4max on the larger dog side, so not real busy.

We love Upcountry Dog Park for its friendly atmosphere. We've met many people here who have become lifelong friends. There is a lovely sense of community that stems from the joy of our dogs playing together.

It was ok. For the first time in 3 years an owner allowed his unaltered male dog hump and hearse the other male dogs even when we asked him to be more attentive, the owner ignored our requests. Finally several of us took our dogs and left. This is the first time we have had an issue. I think I will try to come at a different time.
Over all we love this park. The people are friendly and 99% of the dogs are well behaved and the owners attentive to park etiquette. Hopefully this is just a fluke.
