Our absolute favorite pet store. The best employees, best selection, and very very fair prices! Also- our friends at Urban Tails are always happy to say hello to our pups and get to know them, which makes our hearts happy. It can feel defeating to find welcoming stores for our muzzled pup to come along to, but Urban Tails has always been the most welcoming and happy place. Thank you for all you do, and for sharing your love of animals! ❤️❤️

My original review got a harsh and unnecessarily rude response from the owner, so I’m rewriting this review over a year later after being reminded of the incident when I recently drove past the location. It really shows how one negative experience, especially when handled poorly, can leave a lasting impression on a customer.

I brought my cat here for the nail trim clinic, only to find out it had been canceled without any communication, even though I was signed up for email notifications. This was frustrating because my cat has car ride anxiety, and I specifically chose this location for its proximity. I had to take him somewhere else, which added to his stress.

What really stands out, though, is the owner’s attitude. Their response to my original review was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, which made an already negative experience much worse. While the store is well-organized and carries a nice variety of products, I have no intention of returning because of how unprofessionally the situation was handled. A good business starts with leadership, and the owner’s behavior completely turned me away. On top of that, their products are overpriced, adding to my overall dissatisfaction.

They are always so sweet. I have 5 pets (3 cats and 2 dogs), not once have I nor my pets complained about the food and it's quality. Even after my elder dog lost her teeth, there were enough options for food that I didn't need to worry about hunting for something she could have. The costumer service is great as always and the furry friend deserves tips whenever you see them!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the shop cats entirely magical curious sweet peas, and we are truly delighted to have found the place. Excellent critter food selection. The personalized pet tag options were plentiful compared to other shops, too. 10/10!

Great pet shop. Youre treated like a friend here, and they have a good loyalty program. The variety of brands they offer is unmatched. There are two great cats that live here as well, and you get to pet them when you shop here.

incredibly well sourced and thoughtful selection. the staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and generous towards their community. i love this store and the staff have spent so much time giving me thoughtful recommendations.

i thought my cats were allergic/sensitive to their food, staff members worked with me during multiple visits to troubleshoot. i’d even called my vet to ask if they knew how i could allergy test them, and got no help. the staff at urban tails, while not vets, gave me several great options, recommendations, a number to call, and free samples of different foods. i’m so grateful they’re in my community and am glad to rely on them for my cats’ food and toys.

Amazing store! Tons of healthy options for your pet, good things for raw fed diets (both cats and dogs), TONS of toys, including a bunch of cat toys (most places have very few cat toys). The Yeowww toys are the best for cats too! They’re stuffed with more catnip than other toys and my cats are obsessed! Great prices too
