I had a wonderful experience at Urgent Vet in Liberty, MO. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming to both me and my pup. They took the time to thoroughly explain all the possible causes of her symptoms, which really helped ease my nerves. I was super anxious bringing her in, but their kindness, knowledge, and clear communication reassured me that she was in great hands. The treatment they provided was exactly what she needed, and I left feeling confident in their care. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment online for 4 pm. I was told that when the vet tech came in, the dr was running 20-30 min behind. We did not see the doctor until 520pm. (almost an hour and half after our appointment was made). By 601pm, I was finally leaving with meds for my dog. When i left, there were people sitting in all of the chairs in the very limited waiting area in the hallway, people standing outside waiting, people sitting in cars waiting. There were at least 7 dogs waiting when we left. I can't imagine how long it took for them to get through those people and how long they had to wait. I've never had an appointment somewhere and had to wait that much. They have a pretty impressive appointment system, and I really like it. There should be a way to notify patients that you are that delayed. My dog was already not feeling great to then have to wait around that long in a sterile room. They were nice and informative, and I believe the treatment path they set for my dog was a great solution. The wait just was not great.

I had visited them previously and made an appointment, and we were seen and out within about 45 minutes. That was a great experience. This time, it was not so great.

Our recent unplanned visit was treated with kindness and respect to both owners and dog. As miserable as our Odie was, he was excited each time someone entered exam room and greeted with kindness. Tests approved by owners before performing. Odie is already feeling better. Thanks UrgentVet for your professionalism. So glad you were there for us!

We came in on a Sunday because we knew it was time to let our old girl cross the rainbow bridge. We were very sad that we could not go to our regular vet for this but couldn’t have waited and let her suffer. That being said, our experience was as wonderful as it could be here. The staff was great and the time we got to spend with our girl and the way they handled the whole process was top notch. Thank you to all of the staff that helped us on that very sad day.

Don’t you hate when your dog has a random allergic reaction on a Sunday morning? I’m so thankful that UrgentVet was able to see us so quickly and get the problem under control. I now have a happy healthy doggy.

We brought our pup Duke in on a Sunday with an injury and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. They gave us options and opinions and allowed us to comfortably make the best decision for our guy. They were so sweet with Duke and kept him as comfy and distracted as possible during examination. We highly recommend and will absolutely use them in the future, if needed.

I’m out of town and my dog passed away at home while away. With the quick help from neighbors and the amazing staff at the urgency vet, they handled Luna with amazing speed, care & empathy. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Luna Bear. She will truly be missed.

Staff was very friendly. We dealt with Jennifer and Doctor Tom. They were gentle yet thorough while handling our dog. They were both knowledgeable, and although it will take a while, we're praying for a full recovery for our pup.
