There are no words to express how great this place is. They have worked hard to make both animals and their guardians feel relaxed and comfortable. My dogs are not even scared here…they seem excited. One of my dogs had surgery two days ago and they had his in take room dimly lit with soft music, a blanket on the ground and his name on a board. It immediately relaxed both of us. Also, they came in to give him his sedation shot with me there and I got to be alone with him until he got sleepy and then they had given me a little hand held buzzer to push when he was almost asleep and then they took him back. I thanked them for being so caring …I’ve been to many vets in my life that seem to have little concept of how to do things this way. I hope to be here for a long time. They are a blessing

Amazing staff and vet clinic! The vibe is so calm and soothing, they take great care in creating a calm environment and minimizing stress for you and your pet as much as possible. So patient sweet and soft spoken! Dr. Wagner is incredible! Thorough explanations and will put you at ease providing any details or additional information to include alternative options as viable depending on your needs. Will ALWAYS come back here. The parking situation is not great, it is very tiny but that is to no fault of theirs and don’t let that discourage you from taking your fur baby to this amazing place!

Note: I brought in my 9 yr old semi-feral rescue kitty who does NOT do well with others and they did such an amazing job taking a slow approach with him and giving him some meds to keep him calm.

I’ve had the privilege of working with several veterinarians over the years, but Dr. Nichole Wagner and her team at VegasPet Animal Hospital have truly set a new standard for what exceptional veterinary care can be. From the moment we walk in, the entire staff goes out of their way to make my pets feel at ease. They do most procedures right in the room, allowing my pets to feel secure and connected. Dr. Wagner and her team are incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, addressing every question and concern with compassion and care.

The facility itself is a testament to their attention to detail – there’s even a treat bar for dogs and humans, creating an inviting and relaxed environment and my fur babies have personal notes and treats waiting for them in their room. But what truly sets VegasPet apart is their approach. They’re not a high-volume ‘factory’; instead, they take the time to provide individualized care, making sure my pets feel genuinely safe and loved. Every visit is so positive that my animals are actually reluctant to leave! I am deeply grateful to Dr. Wagner and her team for their dedication and heart. They are hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered.

Dr. Wagner was great with my senior foster baby. 😻 She was a calm presence for him, which was really nice. We spoke at length about his issues, she assessed him, prescribed some meds and so we'll see how it goes. She even gave us some tips and tricks I hadn't thought of and even gave us some supplies to take home! It was a great experience. If I ever have any issues with my resident fur children, I wouldn't hesitate to bring them to her. Also, I apologize for my annoying voice in the video, but I wanted ya'll to hear the calming music they have playing in the office as well. A+!! Thanks, Dr. Wagner and Team!

I love this vet and this clinic so much. As a new patient with two senior doggies, Dr. Wagner jumped right in with tremendous support for me and my babies. Other vets have called me a helicopter mom and this is definitely true but Dr. Wagner has taken it all in stride. I have a strong distrust for the medical world and with Dr. Wagner and staff, I feel safe trusting her with my furry loves. We recently had to put down my 19 year old Bischon and they created such a lovely ceremony and were able to accommodate us in an emergency time frame which I will forever be grateful for. Dr. Wagner is a treasure.

Dr. Wagner and the entire staff at VegasPet took such amazing care of my dog. They were so knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all of my ridiculous questions. I was so impressed that they took the time to read my dog’s extensive medical records from our previous location(s). I felt like they knew my dog even though we have only been there one time. Dr. Wagner is so very knowledgeable and explained things to me so throughly, I was beyond impressed. Also, the way the staff treated my dog was also top notch. He is a special needs pet and sometimes I worry about him at certain appointments, but not here! You can tell the staff is not only very good at their profession, they are also very caring and that shows with every person that we interacted with at the appointment. The facility is so cute and very welcoming for both dog and humans. The colors are so nice and they even have treats for you and your pet! Highly recommend!

I took my 4 month puppy to get a check up and microchip. Of course my puppy felt scared. But the staff and Dr did the best job ever on making him comfortable. Everything about this place was quick and simple.

Dr. Wagner is the best cat vet in town. She's knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and practical. Her practice does everything possible to minimize patient stress. I can't imagine taking my cats anywhere else.
