I don’t wanna say anything bad about the service. The service is wonderful. I’ve had service since I moved to Abilene since 2021 and the service has been wonderful and reliable. I have really haven’t had any problems but there’s one problem that since I’ve been a customer with them for years they keep going up on the price once a year like everything else But they never have nothing for me no promotions no nothing to help me out within the year every time I call and say hey explain my bill why is it going up and I said do y’all have anything to help us out? They never have anything that’s their excuse. I’m so sorry. There’s no promotions for you at this time. Check back in a couple months maybe you’ll have one. It’s just disappointing that my phone service has more promotions to help you with that with your phone service then your Internet, but they keep wanting to raise the price once a year. What about the existing customers guys think about things to help us out with more also besides new customers. and I’m on the lowest plan that has and it’s almost not quite 100 bucks yet ever since covid the bills have been going up everybody just wants more money out of you but maybe one day they’ll be something for the existing customers do good things for the customers you do have that’s been with you for years instead of treating new customers everything it’s good but I know the game plan for businesses they try to lower the prices for the new customers to come in and the older customers their price bills go up but further than that I’m fine. I like the service so I guess I’m stuck with it.

fast reliable internet. It’s fiber optic and faster than cable. Price is reasonable for 1 gigabyte if there is deal in the mail for special promotion or you can talk to a specific department for deals that will fit your budget. No lagging and buffs. I am happy with Vexus Fiber.

Absolutely terrible. Tried them twice 5 years apart. Canceled the first time within two days in canceled the second time within a month. After talking to them several times with chats and emails and several text coming out. The answer was I don’t know what’s wrong. You definitely have an issue but hey, here’s your bill. Doesn’t matter if there’s the last Internet company on earth, I will never use them again. They have some great people working for them that really try, but their hands are tied. Never once heard from upper management after several attempts

This is why I left Suddenlink (Optimum)! Every few days we’re having internet outages. This is ridiculous!

Service disruptions: 11/11/24, 11/12/24, 12/2/24, 12/11/24-12/12/24 & now 12/16/24.

Do we get credits for those interrupted days Instead of price matching AT&T’s price, I should’ve just switched like I originally wanted. Ugh. Guess I’ll be calling AT&T tomorrow. Not getting to work due to no internet is getting ridiculous. People can’t lose their jobs because their internet provider is unreliable!?

When it’s working, the internet is very fast. That’s not the problem. The problem is there is absolutely NO WAY to get in touch with this company when it goes down. Zero customer service after the sale.
Our internet is down at my business this morning.(again) The local phone number either rings until it just hangs up on me, or it gives me an out of order message. The 800 number sometimes connects, but when I press 2 for help, nothing happens and the recording continues its loop.
And, the website won’t even pull up!
This is not a good way to do business. I guess they think it’s fine because they’re the only fiber game in town.

Service is good but they don’t deliver on their promotional promises. If you’re signing up on the basis of a promotion, think again.

Update: At peak hours we get throttled. Hideous latency that ONLY happens 8pm-10pm. So the time when I most want to utilize the high speeds I paid for, I cant. I got scammed by this company and the only alternative is Optimum.

Disappointing customer service, outages every week and when I try to schedule a time (when someone is availabe) where I can talk to someone who could just explain if there is any kind of reason for the trend (or even a human saying it's just bad luck) I get nothing. They used to text us as soon as they were made aware of an issue but now that's stopped. I just want to talk to the company I give my money.
