This place is amazing. We dropped off our dog-reactive pup, Donnie, and he had a wonderful time! The facility is very large and laid out well with a very large, 100yard indoor recreation area for the dogs. They are very accommodating for dogs with all needs and offer individual care for dogs like ours who have anxiety and are reactive toward other dogs. They are also very accommodating for nervous dog parents who want updates while their dogs are at boarding. VIP was quick and thorough with their email responses to our check-ins and even provided pictures! We would also recommend the added bath service at the end of your dog’s stay. At pick up, they even provided a First Time Evaluation Report on Donnie.

The pricing was very reasonable, at $60 a day (the large dog price) with an additional $25 a day for the individual care (for Donnie, he got private ball playing time and nighttime cuddles for his activities). There was an additional $6 a day seasonal fee as well. The added bath was $60.

We will definitely bring Donnie back!

We have used VIP for years now. Our dogs love it and they are so kind to them. One of our dogs has always been extremely skiddish and scared of boarding facilities but VIP does such an amazing job with him. They take him at his worst and they treat him like a king.

Love taking my dogs here for both boarding and daycare. The staff here is great and they always have the best interest of my pups in mind. I when I ask my dogs if they want to go play, their excitement says it all. Highly recommend!!

Our family has been using VIP since the early 2000’s and cannot say enough good things about our experiences! We have seen them grow exponentially while still maintaining great customer service and a love for all animals great and small. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially with our “senior” dog and when she passed VIP sent a beautiful bereavement card. They always go the extra mile to ensure our pets are an extension of their family. I highly recommend boarding your animal there. Suzanne Wilcox is an amazing owner willing to ensure you are happy and your animal is happy too! Just another note, there are all types of services for your dog, whether it be alone playtime or group playtime and extra loving on your animal. They may be a large kennel but you always feel like your dog is the only one there.

We have been taking our dog to VIP for ~8 years and we wouldn’t trust her care to anyone else. We were initially referred to VIP by our dog’s veterinary behavioralist after trying multiple Arlington based dog daycare and boarding facilities didn’t work out. Those facilities didn’t have the space or the ability to specialize in our dog’s care. VIP, on the other hand, has taken flawless care of her, her many medications and peculiarities, and they constantly show us how much they love her and understand her behaviors and preferences. What really stands apart is their duty of care. During a recent stay, our dog needed an emergency vet visit and they managed it all. They contacted all of our emergency contacts when they couldn’t reach us, took her to a vet the owner takes her own pets to, and let us speak directly with the vet to understand what was going on. That’s stellar care. Our dog is fine, healthy, and happy but if we couldn’t be with her ourselves in a moment like that where her health was in question, I’m so glad she was with them. We have and would gladly refer friends and family to them. VIP and especially Shay and Suzanne are THE BEST. When we drop our dog off with them we know she is happy and safe.

We have really enjoyed taking our girl Xoe for doggie day care here. Love the country setting! Disappointed that daycare has now ended but they still provide boarding services.
