We are first time dog owners. Honestly, I questioned the benefit of dog daycare until I tried it. Wag has been a lifesaver! Staff are so warm and helpful. Our pup (Scrabble) receives so much love and is always excited to go there. I know he's in great hands at Wag. We are regulars now. I highly recommend it!

I recently dropped off my dog daycare while passing Atlanta, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! This was both of our first experience with doggie daycare and I couldn't be more appreciative of how comfortable Wag made us feel even before we stepped foot/ paw through the door! Their thorough intake process reassured me that Trooper would be in great hands, and I really appreciated the mid-day courtesy call to let me know how he was doing.

One of the best perks? Your first daycare visit—which is required for boarding—is completely free! It’s a great way to introduce your pup to the facility without any commitment. The staff was kind, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for the dogs in their care. I’ll absolutely use Wag Atlanta again whenever I’m in town. HIGHLY recommend!

They seemed to have taken great care of my pups! I love that they take and post photos of the dogs so I can see them playing and being happy with other dogs. They were also communicative and friendly. Overall it was a great experience. I’ll bring my dogs back for future visits.

Took my dogs over to Wag Atlanta for doggy daycare for the day because they wanted to see how my dogs would do around other dogs because we’re going out of town for the week. My dogs did great and they were exhausted from their day there. The check in was very easy and I felt at ease leaving my babies there. Everyone was kind and showed so much love to all the dogs there. Looking forward to see how my babies do for the week.

I’m relatively new WAGS customer. This was my dog’s second time staying there if I EVER have to board him; I will board him at WAGS if only in a desperation situation. The staff there is a GREAT young group who clearly loves their job and all of the animals that stay there which is great.
However I’m staying home with my dog today who has contracted some type of virus or parasite from this location. My dog has be throwing up, having diarrhea and very lethargic. I know you are asking how and why do I suspect that he has gotten a virus there.
As I was waiting for the staff to retrieve my dog. A couple arrived to pick up their young English bulldog puppy who they stated was sick when they dropped him off. (!?) They were very concerned but they had to leave him there because they couldn’t take their dog with them. The young staff member said “ Oh if you didn’t get a call from us about him then that means we didn’t have any issues or problems from him.” I really thought that my dog wouldn’t be affected by any sick dog because I paid for him to stay in a private suite, and he isn’t neutered so their should not have been any group play time with other dogs, and NO sharing food or food bowl but I was wrong.

10/29/24 day two of having a very sick dog. So sick that I had to take him to the Vet I’m now out of pocket $450 dollars due him having a bacterial infection and a pancreas infection per our doctor he had to B12 injection a treatment with Clavamox for eating something foreign and around an infected dog!😡

We needed to board our sweet girl last minute during spring break, and Wag was able to take her on short notice! They were very attentive, communicative, and we especially loved being able to pick her up late after our flight arrived. Our dog is reactive and doesn’t always play well with other dogs, so she get her own individual playtime, and we loved seeing some pictures of her during her stay ❤️ Thank you Wag Atlanta!! We will absolutely be back!
