We have boarded our dog at Wags a few times over the years, and every time he gets severely sick. The first time he got a stomach bug. The second time he got kennel cough; had just been vaccinated for it, so that could have been why. Why are sick dogs staying there? This last time he ended up with such a bad stomach bug that has lasted for the last five days and is still going. We had to take him to the vet for anti-nausea and anti-diarrhea medications. $125 later. He’s lost 2.4 pounds in a week. I’m sure it’s like taking your kid to daycare and they catch all the germs, but to me something isn’t being properly cleaned there. It makes me upset to see him so miserable coupled with feeling guilty that we left him for the weekend. When we boarded him there in the past (several years ago) we would get pictures of him. I didn’t know there was a video link option. I saw one picture of him looking sad on his 3rd day there. I was worried about him because he has separation anxiety, he dislikes being in a kennel too long because he’s a shelter dog, and he just needs a lot of cuddles. We didn’t get any cutesy pictures like you see posted or any way to see him all weekend. Apparently you have to sign up for that but they don’t tell you that. The management has changed and the staff are not very caring. Each time he’s gotten sick they take zero responsibility for it. Oh it’s going around they will say. Screen the pets better. If you see signs of sickness, they need to be separated or sent home. He was groomed and they did a decent job with that from what I can tell. I’ll be researching facilities that we can tour next time. Take your dog elsewhere.

We brought our two dogs to Wags for daycare a few days this week and had a great experience. We had construction going on at home which would have been very stressful for them (and me!) and it was nice knowing they were happy and well taken care of during our chaos. Will definitely bring them again!

Great staff and even greater services! I take my 11 month old golden retriever, Leia, to Wags and they take phenomenal care of her. She’s always tired out and has an absolute blast. I love that I can drop her off for daycare and they’ll make sure she gets her grooming done while she’s there too. Also, the webcams rock for when you want to check on your pet. (They also posts tons and tons of pictures which I absolutely LOVE!)

Everyone is always so nice. Very helpful, our dog is always happy and tired when he gets home. Drinks his water laying down, when he gets groomed there he always smells AMAZING. 👏 Would recommend 100%

Very happy with the services at Wags. Our dogs seem to enjoy their time there and return from daycare tired - which is good! We just got them groomed as well and they did a better job for less money than any other place we've tried in the area. Highly recommended!
