Horrible experience with the pharmacist there nothing bit liers your doctor prescribed you w controlled medication and there saying i was trying to switch pharmacy like dude. Yu have cancer and anxiety and they be lying and not wanting to give you medicine it's like a there a pharmacy that will give you your meds quick and caring for your condition and not tripping about your medication saying. It's too soon last time they didn't even give me 80 they gave me 30 that's why I finished four four times a day there bunch of lier and all the Walgreens should be banned 🚫 and no wonder people change pharmacy Golden valley sucks to and maybe cvs as well

Very rude old lady cashier she was short thin with hair that was obviously dyed back to black. She was super dismissive and assertive when I had questions about my items. I informed her of my right to buy items without ID as per California law and as I have bought that Item from this exact Walgreens countless times without being IDd. Whoever you were, I hope you find a job that make you feel a lot less angry and sad.

Horrible service and no compassion for the terminally ill patients. Always out of stock on frequent medication that's routinely prescribed. They also hang up on you while on hold. Don't go here unless want stress and problems.

My pregnant wife went in to pick up a package. She asked very nicely for help out to the car. The girl working threw package in a cart and said that's the best she could do. Way to go walgreens...... edit: it was a younger girl in the photo department.

Horrible experience staff very rude they call and say your prescription is ready and when you get there it's not ready they have long lines and staff is conversating with each other and not helping the people they're very slow management needs to look into the situation

Tonight, November 17, 2023 at 8:38 pm, i drove up to drive thru to pick up my medicines. It says pharmacy opens until 9pm when I checked online. I waited and waited, two employees walked by us while im sitting in the truck by the drive thru. They both Ignored us and didn't even have common courtesy to tell us if pharmacy is open or closed. It's 8: 45pm, they just started closing blinds; and we still watching and yet no one came to inform us. So disappointed, i will be transferring all my kids and myself out to someplace else. Plus I will stop shopping there as it reflects on its management team. Poor customer service.

This place is ridiculous! They close early because they don't have a pharmacist! They are supposed to be closed at 6 and today they where closed at 4 2 hours earlier because they are short staffing them! When they took over rite aid and other pharmacy's accounts they didn't even take into consideration the amount of staff they would need and we as customers are suffering for it! The lines are out of control there have been times I waited in line for 45 min for my meds not to even be ready!
