These other reviews are weird to me. I never write reviews really, only rarely but I will write one here because of what WTBR did for my son. My son came out of this place a different person. Yes they teach hard work and discipline. Yes they teach the importance of faith. They instill VIRTUE into these kids. If you're having a hard time with your child, I totally recommend this place. It saved our family relationship and our relationship with our son. Thank you guys!

My experience long ago also tells the same as many other stories of this place. horrible experience period was taken here as a child and well lets just say concentration camp takes the words from my mouth i recently visited the area for a funeral and just thinking of this place and my experience was almost too much. dont take your kids here i beg you. if you value your kid at all.

Our son was here for 2 years and had a handful of therapy appointments when he should have been in weekly. The cottage parents were great. However I feel like this place is just for the boys to do a bunch of farm work and go to school. They promised alot of things at enrollment and did not follow through with anything. They send them to a public school which has 0 tolerance for kids who have issues. If they get kicked out of that school then they automatically get kicked out of the Ranch. No other options. So our son was expelled from school and then immediately kicked out of ranch. Threatened us with calling CPS if we didn't get him in 72 hours. We work and live 5 hours away. Our child did not get better he actually got worse, bc he received 0 care. He literally worked on the ranch and went to school.

Very displeased with WTBR. Spoke with Mr. Lynn Williams regarding enrollment for our son. We were in the midst of determining the outcome of an allegation made against my son. Lynn told me on the phone that there would be no issues with enrollment as long as no charges were filed. Well, NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED and Lynn and WTBR are rejecting enrollment for our son based purely on an allegation that we were up front and honest about. Guess we should have kept quiet since no charges were filed. But dishonesty is not the Christian way of life. And since WTBR's mission is to "Provide a Christian family environment" we did not want to be deceitful. It appears as though Lynn does not feel the same. False hope is what he gave our family.

I've already written one review on this awful place. "trash" cannot capture the essence of awfulness this place. It is an abusive home for boys and borderline conversion therapy. only 1 out of 5 graduates of the ranch are happy and succesful. it sucks.

I'm wanting to go here but there's like a 50-50 chance I might enjoy it here or hate it here I'm reading the review's and I'm seeing people loving it here but also people hating it here, I want to go here because my dad brought it up to me but if I go my dad will be upset because he has to pay even though he brought it up to me , But I want to change how I act so I want to go here I want to mature So should I go?
