I had such a positive experience with Whitestone Animal Hospital, especially with their Rehab Department. From the moment we walked in, the front staff was welcoming and friendly, setting a warm tone that continued throughout our visits.
Dr. Walden is fantastic—knowledgeable, compassionate, and someone I trusted almost immediately. She maintains a clean, professional clinic and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her and the clinic to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care.

A special shoutout to the Rehab Department! My little guy underwent TPLO (ACL) surgery, which was a stressful time for both of us. But Matt and Gisele were incredible. They turned what could have been a tough recovery into a healing, even joyful experience. They made sure my pup didn’t see the clinic as a "vet" but as a place full of love. By the second or third week, he was walking in with his tail wagging and a smile on his face.

Their patience, care, and expertise made all the difference. Despite the usual expectation of a post-op limp due to arthritis and what not, my pup has made a full recovery—no limp at all. At nearly 12 years old, he’s back to running and playing like before...like a happy puppy. I owe that to the excellent rehab care from Matt and Gisele.

The folks at Whitestone animal hospital always go above and beyond! I've brought my many rats to them over the years for various reasons and they always take such good care of them, sending me picture updates when I've had to leave them there for a day. Plus I feel their prices are very reasonable for rats as an exotic animal. They are so kind and loving during pet loss as well. When I had to have a couple rats put down, they had a private waiting room for me to stay with them for our last moments together and the staff were so sweet and respectful. They even sent a bereavement card in the mail later (pictures) hand signed by all the staff, it was so touching, it made me tear up. Such incredible service! I highly recommend them!!

This review is long overdue! We love our Whitestone Animal Hospital family! We have been coming here since we got our first dog four years ago. The front staff is always friendly and personable, and greets you and your pet upon arrival. I have to give a special shout-out to Kelly at the front desk. I call often regarding our one dog as she has a lot of health issues, and Kelly always does her best to get us in as quickly as possible! We primarily see Dr. Kramer and love her sweet, caring demeanor, knowledge, and experience in many areas. We trust her wholeheartedly with both of our dogs' health! We always recommend Whitestone Animal Hospital to our friends and family as they are the best!

I had been taking my Chihuahua, Juliet, there for the last 6 months since she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The care and hospitality my pup and I received was above and beyond. You can feel how much the staff loves animals, how understanding they are. They always greeted me with such kindness and were so gentle with my pup. Unfortunately her illness caught up to her and she crossed the rainbow bridge a few days ago, but trust me when I say that this place did everything the could to save her. And when I did have to tell my baby goodbye, the staff showed so much compassion and accommodated my needs in that moment. They really have a heart for animals AND people.

This review of Whitestone Animal Hospital is way over due! We have been coming here for several years and the people who work here really care about our beloved pets. We have a dog who is extremely fear aggressive and Dr Walden and her staff have bent over backwards to accommodate Ruby and her needs. They provide a special room for her with her own private entrance so she doesn't have to interact with people and they have worked with us to refine the best process for Ruby and her visits. If you have a pet who struggles with going to the vet, this is your place! We appreciate everything Dr Walden and her crew do for Ruby.

We absolutely love this place!!! Our pudelpointer, munchkin, and samoyed always feel at home here. The staff is so friendly and personable to all that walk in the doors. You can tell that everyone really enjoys their jobs. It's very refreshing!

Best vet clinic out there! We take all 4 of our pets here and also drive 30 min each way to get there, but wouldn't have it any other way. They take great care of our four legged family members. We love y'all, Whitestone team!

Kind and caring receptionists, welcoming, cozy, safe environment for cats. Dr. Moore got my cat in the same day that was experiencing health issues and was wrongfully given medicine at the ER vet. She switched up the medication and my Mimi girl is feeling better now finally.
