I asked Milford and he didn't say much about it. He rarely speaks. Claims it was ruff being pampered in his pet hotel.

Great staff interaction. They listened carefully and handled our pup as requested due to special needs.

Thank you for taking such good care of Ringo! You are number one and the best facility and care for our pets when we leave. Our dog Ringo would not eat so they went out and bought him specialty food to get him to eat while I was gone and took very good care of him. Thank you all so much. We appreciate you!!!

We have a very timid border collie who is not a huge fan of playing with other dogs and is fearful of men so we are always a little leery of boarding her, but the folks at Williamsburg took amazing care of her! She participated in all day play (not something she is used to at all) and did great with the male staff who were very gentle and kind!! We picked up a very happy pup! I am so grateful to have the peace of mind knowing that she has her own little suite to stay in, instead of a kennel, cameras so we can check in on her any time day or night, and caring staff to look after her! Highly recommend them for boarding or day care and they also gave her a bath, trimmed her nails, and brushed her teeth for us on the day we picked her up so check them out for your grooming needs as well!! Ladybug gives them 4/4 Paws!!

Wonderful and friendly staff, beautiful kennels of different sizes and large indoor and outdoor play yards!! My dogs were exhausted after their first FREE afternoon of daycare and can’t wait to bring them back for more fun and for future boarding!!! I have a more difficult feral dog and the staff was so patient with him and truly made him feel so loved even upon the first few minutes of our arrival. I feel 100% at ease leaving my dogs in the care of Williamsburg. THANK YOU!!!

I've been taking my pups to Williamsburg for over 8 years. Their staff is amazing, and they treat my pups as if they were their own. Their facilities are clean and very well kept and I feel good about the care they provide both with doggie day camp and boarding! Their grooming has also been consistently wonderful. If your dog is a water dog, they have the best doggie pool in St. Louis! They also have webcams now! ❤️

First time boarding our pets. The staff, especially Kat was friendly and reassuring that all will be fine and made us feel welcome. The dogs must have had a lot of fun as they were exhausted! I look forward to using them again.

My dogs are always happy to visit Williamsburg for boarding and grooming. Unfortunately the grooming is substandard. Groomers do not know how to groom specific breeds. They can bathe and use clippers on the body but they can’t groom above the neck. The groomers can’t trim beards, eyebrows or ears. They just chop at the fur on the face, leave the ears untrimmed and do not bother to clean food debris from the face. If you report the issue to management they ignore you completely. This is a shame because the facility is otherwise well run and maintained.

I took a lot of time and care when considering the appropriate facility for training my young pup and boarding him in the future. I visited 4 different facilities offering a variety of programs. Hands down Williamsburg Pet Hotel is finest. From the helpful and smiling reception personnel, to our trainer the fabulous Kirsten, I could not be more pleased. We have enjoyed several training sessions and a stay and play refresher course. I feel confident in this fine group of professionals and know they will take good care of my best friend just as I would.
