As always, Willow was great with my dog. They fit me in on Christmas Eve to fix a broken toenail. The pricing and explanation was clear, and I truly believe you can’t put a price on peace of mind. They even made him a cute holiday bandage! I appreciate the vets and techs that make this place so special!

I’ve brought two of my dogs to Willow and I could not be happier with the service. They have been there through emergencies, general care, and saying goodbye to my beloved dog. Every person I’ve encountered from the vet to the desk has been understanding and wonderful. I appreciate the help I’ve received from these wonderful people and will continue to bring my dogs to Willow for continued care.

Full honesty here: willow is a bit costly compared to other vets. However I assure you it's worth the money. There have been numerous instances that show they only have the best intentions for your pet & you. We lost our dog today & they were insanely caring, patient, & willing to explain everything. Within two hours we got flowers delivered to our house, I thought it was our friends, but it was our vet! Another time we had a poison scare from eating grass after fertilizer application. Another vet in town said it's PROBABLY OK. Willow receptionists checked with their vet techs numerous times over multiple callbacks with advice at no cost. Eventually they suggested possibly coming in or suggesting it would be cheaper to call pet poison hotline. I really think they are the best vets in this smaller town & I appreciate having someone that compassionate so close. If you love your pets dearly this business will take care of you. Feels funny to even gush this much about a business, honest review from a sad pup parent

I am not from this area, but I can’t say enough good things about Willow pet hospital. My sister was in a roll over accident in Albert Lea with her 3 dogs, which ended up being a roller coaster of a day. My husband and I found one of her dogs in the ditch in critical condition near the accident later that morning after she got taken to the hospital for scans & her other 2 dogs to the humane society until she got discharged. My husband & I got Storm into the car, I called 3 vet clinics nearby explaining the situation & with all 3 denying me care in this emergency. I then called Willow explained everything, they took him in with no question and did everything they could do for him there for us to get him to ISU just because he needed extensive care. With that all being said and not being from this area & the rollercoaster of a day with Storm, like I said before I can’t say enough good things! Everyone there is amazing!!! Not only that, they also called after and wanted updates on Storm just because they were all concerned for him without ever knowing this dog prior to this time! They really care about what they do and are amazing with what they do!

I’m so happy with Willow vet and Dr Ariana. My little Dachshund wasn’t feeling to great, having GI problems. I was needing to look for a different vet due to my old one not having updated technology. Dr Ariana and the vet team did everything they could to diagnose what was going on with my little guy. It was worth the money and time. The atmosphere and building is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend.

My dog past last spring willow pet knew and still decided to send me texts and emails recently about said dogs vaccine needs... good job you guys are prob the reason for his death anyway

The whole team at Willow Pet Hospital are amazing. I have 2 cats and a dog. Everyone is so nice and genuine. My dog's leg was bleeding and they got her in within the hour. My cat today was sick and they made room last minute for him. They do dental work as well.

Instant love. I'm not from Austin but Had a very sick dog when I had the opportunity to meet the staff and dr mike . Not only did they fit me in the same day but allowed me to arrive early and squeezed me in. Took immediate action checking me in and diagnosing my poor babies ailment. I was informed every step of the way what the expense would be and told up front if the choice available was the best for my money and his health. Super sweet and caring staff. Would absolutely recommend to anyone many times over.
