I LOVED our first experience today! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Dr. Hall took the time to really listen to all my concerns pertaining to my 13 year old lab/pit bull mix. I felt that all suggestions made for improving her care moving forward are within reason for a dog of her age. I am definitely taking our other 2 pets in next. Also, it is very affordable pet care!

Dr. Hall and Casey were the best and took great care of my sweet cat during our visit! The whole team is super friendly, knowledgable, and obviously have a passion for what they do. The scheduling and check-in process were also a breeze and I instantly felt at ease with the care. Would definitely recommend!

I have nothing but PRAISE for this clinic. The vet is extraordinary. She is so kind and gentle with not just the patients, but their "parents". She is honest, up front about your baby and the price is very fair! ALL of mine are her patients, and I won't trust anyone else

I will never board my dog again. I thought everything had gone great until I got home. My 6 year old boxer is a lean, athletic, and loving dog. He stayed for 7 days and then I picked up an emaciated shell of my dog. He looks absolutely malnourished and half starved. He also has a fresh cut on his head above his eye.

The picture of my healthy and happy dog was taken THE DAY BEFORE I took him to be boarded.

I never received any phone calls about him, his behavior, or any of their concerns. I thought he was doing fantastic the entire time he was in their care. Obviously not.

Truly the best veterinary office we have ever been to. The staff is SO loving and attentive and Dr. Hall was absolutely born to be a veterinarian. His care for animals is so apparent. They provided the best and most loving and intentional care for all three of our dogs. We cannot say enough how much we love and trust every one at this office. We would give 10 stars if we could.

In 2018, Lola and I moved to Savannah and found Dr. Geoff Hall. She didn’t see any other vet. When he left Case Vet and moved to Wilmington Island, we went with him. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hall. His love and care for Lola were outstanding. He always made sure all questions were answered and spent as much time with us as necessary, even if it meant phone calls well after the office closed. He was there during our final moments together and made it the most peaceful and best euthanasia I have experienced (Lola was my third dog). Unlike most other vets, he shows great emotion and love and shed tears that day too. Hands down, he’s been the very best Veterinarian I have ever met. I highly recommend him and his team (especially Brittany) at Wilmington Island Animal Hospital. You will not be disappointed.
