The staff and doctor here are amazing. Took my anxious Kali girl for new patient exam and from the start it was great. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Kola was our tech & was the sweetest to Kali (even after Kali dug claws in her). You can tell they all love animals and their job. I didn’t feel rush, Dr. Geigel had great advice for helping our cat stop over-grooming herself and also things to keep her calm. She answered every question and was so sweet. Price at checkout was lower than I expected. I got all recommendations vaccines, medication, e-collar & bloodwork done and it came out just under $300. Some vets, their office visit alone is half the price. Definitely recommend, will be taking my other cat & future pets to them!

I recently switched to Windsor Park vet after being recommended to them by a family member and couldn't be happier with the experiences that I've had with them. Everyone who works there is so kind and made me feel like my pet was in great hands and was going to be properly cared for. I've been to vets where they take your pet to the back, but appreciated that here the routine services and exam were performed in front of me so that I knew what they were doing and got time to talk with the vet. When my pet had a procedure done here, the staff was always very reassuring and made me feel like my pet was in good hands. They truly went above and beyond to look out for my pet's safety. On top of their great service, I have found their pricing to be very reasonable.

I have had a great experience with Windsor Park Vet Clinic so far after not having much luck with other vets in Austin. My new adopted kitty was a stray, and they did a new patient examine on him, did blood tests, and chip tests, and vaccines for a reasonable rate. The neuter surgery was also reasonable and he has healed incredibly well! They also got me in next-day when he was experiencing an unrelated issue. My cat seems to be in good hands, and both veterinarians, the techs I have met so far, and the office staff in the clinic have been very friendly and educational about my cat. I just wish I found this vet clinic sooner.

I’m so grateful for the amazing staff at Windsor Park Vet. I’ve been bringing my dogs and cats here for years. Everyone there is attentive, caring and they’re affordable.

Most recently I had to bring my youngest dog in after she rapidly declined from a respiratory infection. When she stopped eating we got very concerned. Dr. Hein was able to hook our pup up to an IV right away to give fluids and antibiotics. Dr. Hein was thorough, attentive and assiduous.

Thanks again to the entire staff for being diligent and kind.

Lovely neighborhood veterinary clinic where the staff loves animals. They were super sweet to my dog (everyone working that day came in to say hi to her) and were knowledgeable about all the issues I brought up. They didn't hard sell me on anything, and were gentle when having to draw blood from the puppy. Chilled vibes. Strong recommend.

My dog is very reactive and fearful of going to the vet. She also is very aggressive towards other dogs. All of the staff and Dr. Hein made an extra effort to help my dog feel as comfortable, calm, and safe as possible. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and professional. The vet took the time to answer all of my questions. I am so happy our family's dog has found her permanent veterinarian. Dr. Hein and Kola were fantastic!

I had a great experience at this vet. My dog is usually very reactive, and vet visits are always a struggle. In the past, they’ve had to sedate him to do anything. This time was different. He was able to get checked and even have blood drawn while awake. The staff knew exactly how to handle him in a way that made him feel comfortable, and no one got hurt. I really felt like my dog was in a safe environment, and I appreciated how they handled him in front of me.
